The room is spacious. The bed is very comfortable. Staffs at the front desk, lobby and restaurant are polite and helpful. We enjoyed the snacks provided especially the milk biscuit. We loved the red date n tremella dessert very much, but only for two days. It was then replaced by a packet of fresh milk, rather disappointed. A gentle suggestion here. It would be good if the cleaner can make a routine check on the joints of the tiles with black mold around the shower area. Thank you.

Got a free upgrade at the hotel, check in and check out process was fast. Staff were friendly and approachable. The room was clean and tidy, spacious. Local snacks provided to try with various brand of complimentary bottled water. The location was easily located surrounded by many restaurant convenient to travel to other places. Would definitely book this hotel again if I’m going to Quanzhou.

The hotel room is clean and neat, Hotel staff are alert, friendly, polite and prompt action to our needs. We have a wonderful night to celebrate father's birthday with a surprised hotel complementary birthday cake and well served by a kind Hotel staff especially Miss Orange 徐红 . We will definitely book this hotel again if we return to QuanZhou city. Keep up to good works!

nice hotel that is spot on for the value. great service across all the staff and bug shout out to 吴卫萍 and Chris from the restaurant, Aaron from the front office. love the extras of providing supper snacks by calling to check every evening at 9pm. definitely will be my hotel of choice when i am in Quanzhou!

Excellent service, it was a great stay. The employees assist with our taobao collections earnestly and answers to enquiries clearly. A few points to improve, We went as a family, would have been better if they had playgrounds for kids, could have provided a swimming cap (not aware of necessary) and the Aircon can be colder.
