"The room was clean and the service was good. The weather was cold when our family checked in. The service staff saw that we were with children and proactively told us that the air conditioner could only provide cooling, not heating. We asked for an extra quilt and they immediately helped solve the problem. After checking in, we found that the wash basin could not provide hot water, but the bath water was very hot. We considered that the hotel was relatively low-priced, so a few flaws were reasonable, so we just made do with it. But we didn't expect that the roosters would crow in the middle of the night, waking us all up. The second crow was just at 4 o'clock, and the third crow was at 4:15. Then it seemed like two industrious roosters kept crowing, one after another, reminding me of when I was a young educated youth in the countryside, and it was time to get up and go to work early. We couldn't fall asleep because of the crowing of the roosters, so we got up early and looked out the window. We lived on the fifth floor, and there was a chicken coop on the roof of the fourth floor, right next to our window. Friends who drive themselves should be cautious when checking in and get up early to catch the plane. Friends who take the high-speed train can provide wake-up service."

"Traveling with my entire family, including the elderly and children, during Chinese New Year, we made a spontaneous stopover in Qionghai and randomly picked this hotel in the middle of the night. It turned out to be surprisingly good – absolutely the best value for money! The front desk staff was also incredibly thoughtful and even gave us a complimentary breakfast. Although the breakfast selection wasn't huge, everything tasted delicious, especially the milk tea, which was even better than what you'd find in a tea restaurant. If I'm ever in the area again, I'd definitely choose this hotel."

"Seriously, who would've thought? For just over a hundred bucks, I got a hotel that felt like a five-hundred-dollar stay. The value for money is insane! The facilities are top-notch, and it's incredibly clean. The room is a good size too. They even provide disposable toilet seat covers, which you don't even find in hotels costing three hundred. Plus, there's a projector with free membership access to tons of movies. The area around is quiet too, truly enjoyable! If my schedule wasn't so tight, I would've loved to stay another night."

"Nice room, there is everything is needed with veryday cleaning. 2 pools: for kids and adults with warm water. 5min walk to the beach, if you come for kiting - there is 2 kitestations opposite the hotel. Breakfast adapted morning foreigner, every messages doubled in English. Supermarket near the hotel, a lot of restaurants in 5min drive in Boao. Nice hotel, recommended 👌"

"I heard from neighbors that the hotel only opened on August 1st, and many things are still incomplete. I asked the front desk, and they didn't even have a children's toothbrush, and the rooms only had a few bottles of water. The bathroom smelled incredibly strong, so I had to sleep with the balcony door open. I had a yellow stain on the quilt, but luckily I brought disposable bedding. Fortunately, there's a beach across the street with lots of crabs. The hotel is newly renovated, so those who are bothered by smells should be wary."

The place was clean and hygienic, breakfast was delicious, the scenery was beautiful, and it was great for photos."

"Booked this hotel because of the 5-diamond rating on Trip.com for a family trip. When I walked into the lobby, I was shocked. This is nowhere near a 5-diamond hotel; it's clearly a guesthouse! And yet, they're charging 5-star prices. This experience directly led me to cancel all my subsequent '5-diamond' bookings and switch to proper 5-star hotels instead. If you're traveling with family, you really need to be careful. A 5-diamond rating isn't the same as a 5-star hotel, and Trip.com's ratings aren't always reliable. I didn't even bother taking pictures; my phone was too 'dirty' (disgusted)."

"During my business trip to Hainan, I stayed at the Huafeng Shijia Hotel. The experience was severely substandard compared to five-star standards. On my first day, while eating the fruit provided by room service, I discovered obvious mold on the wooden spoon, with blackened edges and a sticky feel. This seriously violated food hygiene and safety standards, raising serious concerns about the hotel's cleanliness and management, and directly impacting my confidence in the safety of subsequent meals. Even more bizarrely, on the second night, around 10 PM, the power suddenly went out without any prior notice. The air conditioning, lighting, and heating were unusable, especially since I was showering, causing significant distress and inconvenience. As a five-star hotel, the emergency response and notification mechanisms for a sudden power outage were clearly lacking, and no reasonable explanation or solution was provided promptly. After being notified by phone, someone came and informed me of the power outage [nervous]. The hotel's brand reputation and five-star positioning raised my expectations very high, but the actual experience revealed serious problems such as substandard hygiene and inadequate facilities. I was extremely disappointed and couldn't understand why the hotel was in such a chaotic state. This severely impacted my work efficiency and mood during my business trip!"
