The front desk lady took the initiative to confirm the check-in information for minors with me. She also understood that the child had to take an exam in the afternoon and needed a lunch break at noon, so she specially helped us to delay the check-out at 1:30. My son left his luggage in the lobby and went back to pick it up after the exam. The staff lady also WeChat me what time the child left the hotel.
