Hotel dengan Sarapan Pagi di Qingyuan

I booked a stay at this 5 star hotel for 3 days 2 nights, I must say that the room is clean and spacious, with numerous facilities for all family members such as badminton, tennis, billard, hotspring, cycling, archery etc. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the service. 2 staff we encountered were constantly on their phone and not attentive at all. What really pissed us off was the incident that we put up Do Not Disturb at our door as we were taking our afternoon nap. Yet, the hotel staff called our room number. as we were asleep, we didn't pick up. Guess what. They actually called my mobile phone. Just to ask if they need to clean the room. We went to seek clarifications at the hotel reception which the reception staff at first deny they called, until we showed them the missed call number from the hotel. Then they said will feedback to their manager. At night, the manager Ms Wong called. to our disgust, she said that was their SOP! Which hotel, to say this is a 5 star hotel, that when guest put up Do Not Disturb sign, it's their SOP to call the room and worst to call guests' personal mobile phone. Isn't this an invasion of privacy, calling our personal line. This is the first time we experienced this. We never had this when we put up Do Not Disturb sign at numerous hotels we stayed before. The manager didn't sound apologetic at all but very defensive. Even to the extent that they are checking on pir safety. I was really perturbed by her comment above. To the saying goes, what really makes the difference is the heartware and service in hospitality line, not hardware which everyone can build. 预订了这家五星级酒店的三天两晚住宿，我必须说，房间干净宽敞，配备了各种适合家庭成员使用的设施，如羽毛球、网球、台球、温泉、骑车和射箭等。然而，我们对服务感到非常失望。我们遇到的两名员工一直拿着手机，根本不注意周围的情况。真正让我们恼火的是，当我们下午小睡时，我们把“请勿打扰”的牌子放在了门上，但酒店工作人员还是拨打了我们的房间号码。因为我们正在睡觉，没有接电话。猜猜发生了什么？他们拨打了我的手机。只是为了问是否需要打扫房间。我们去酒店前台寻求解释，前台工作人员起初否认他们打过电话，直到我们向他们展示了酒店的未接来电号码。然后他们说会向他们的经理反馈。到了晚上，万女士经理打电话给我们，让我们感到不满的是，她说这是他们的标准操作程序！哪个酒店，自称是五星级酒店，当客人挂出“请勿打扰”的标志时，他们的标准操作程序是打电话到房间，最糟糕的是打电话给客人的私人手机。这不是侵犯隐私吗？打我们私人电话？这是我们第一次遇到这种情况。我们在以前入住的多家酒店挂上“请勿打扰”标志时从未遇到过这种情况。 经理一点也不感到抱歉，反而显得很防卫。甚至到了要检查我们在房间是否安全的地步。她刚才的话让我很不安。俗话说，酒店业中真正起决定作用的是服务和态度，而不是每个人都能建造的硬件设施。

The parent-child room I booked had a smell in the toilet which was not well ventilated. The service staff thoughtfully put in the aromatherapy. The buffet restaurant was not good, but the tea restaurant on the first floor was delicious. The service staff is enthusiastic. Staff No. 8252 helped with the luggage and helped the child to retrieve the toy left in the taxi. Thank you. You can stay at Chimelong Hotel in Qingyuan if you come to visit.

A housekeeper added WeChat a week in advance and sent out activities on the same day. The activities were super rich. The whole family never came out since they entered. Many people brought cute dogs to vacation. There are many small animals to feed, sheep, cows, deer, horses, rabbits, peacocks, and pigeons. You can fish, row boats, and slide in the afternoon. The sand pool is also very large. There are 3 sand pools with complete props. JOJO little housekeeper invited us to pick fruits the next day, tracked activities in real time, and specially arranged late check-out, so the children can sleep again. I had 2 meals and drank rice coffee twice in the hotel that day. It was good overall, all 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

The 270-degree lake view room is amazing. It feels like living in a bonsai, lying on the lake view. This B&B is the most advanced B&B I have ever stayed in. It not only has floor heating but also central air conditioning. There are various types of public areas. Breakfast is provided in a buffet style like a hotel. Considering that the B&B is located halfway up the mountain, it provides warm dinner service for guests. The hotel is in a good location, awesome 👍

This is one of the best hotel that our family had stayed in China. The hotel room is very roomy and clean. The bathroom is clean, modern and very roomy. The food is delicious and the service is great. I highly recommend the front desk ”Xiao Qiu” and ”Xiao He”. Their service manner are outstanding. They are friendly and supportive. We highly recommend this hotel.

In the season of peach blossoms, you can enjoy the flowers and soak in hot springs to relieve the fatigue of the day. I chose to stay in Yunman Hot Spring B&B, which is relatively new in Sankeng Town. It has a good environment and a certain number of room types. The rooms are simple, clean and hygienic. The hot spring water is of good quality. It is self-service. The breakfast is diverse and tastes good. The waiter is very polite. There are also many farms and restaurants nearby, so it is convenient to find food. It is my first time to choose a B&B and I have a good impression.

出差清遠2天，公司給了200塊預算，就選了這家，還不錯。150+性價比挺高，房間比那個100塊的賓館大多了，衞生搞的挺乾淨的，除了那個牙刷太小了，其他感覺還可以。前台妹子性格挺好的，沒有充電器還幫我找了一個。感謝感謝。👍早上起來晚了就去隔壁的那個蒸小二吃了早茶，不是很貴，環境也不錯。走廊旁邊還有個洗衣房，洗衣服挺方便的，像我們這樣經常跑的一身臭汗😂他們距離高速口也很近，我們開車好像從樂廣下來10分鐘，別説，還挺方便。哈哈哈。收藏了，性比價不錯，出差到挺適合的。

We ordered a chicken and vegetables on the first night. The mother and daughter didn't eat much, but they finished the vegetables and only ate half of the rice cooker chicken. So we only ordered vegetarian dishes on the second night. It's suitable for emptying yourself and being in a daze. Very good.

The villa is located halfway up the mountain. The environment is very quiet and comfortable, perfect for relaxing! There will be a battery car at the entrance of the scenic area to pick up the front desk for check-in, and then deliver it to the door of the room. This may be because there are relatively few people in this villa (this is the largest room in the entire B&B). There were several bees inside when we first entered. After reacting to the front desk, Someone came to deal with it immediately, and then found that the wifi and TV were not working, and staff also came to deal with it. Although the TV still couldn't be used in the end, the children still had a lot of fun. There are not many choices for breakfast in the morning, but the air and environment are well worth visiting. It is really comfortable and relaxing!

寶子們，我最近去清遠玩，訂了喆啡酒店（清遠大道清城站店），這一趟住得那叫一個舒坦，必須來給大夥嘮嘮。剛到酒店門口，我這拖着行李箱還暈乎乎的呢，一進門，嚯！那環境看着就敞亮、舒心。裝修有點歐式復古風，還帶着股子咖啡的文藝味兒，牆上掛着老照片、舊唱片似的裝飾，沙發茶几擺得整整齊齊，在這兒等人、歇腳都特愜意。重點得誇誇前台的瑩瑩小姐姐👏 我進去的時候，她立馬迎上來，臉上笑開了花，那股熱情勁兒，就跟見着自家人似的，張嘴就是：“親，您一路辛苦了哈，快把行李給我！” 邊説邊麻溜地接過我的大包小包，動作那叫一個利索。辦入住手續的時候，她輕言細語地跟我介紹酒店的各種情況，啥時候有早餐、退房時間以及發票開具方式等等説得明明白白。我順口提了一嘴想喝熱咖啡，嘿，沒想到過會兒回房間，就瞅見桌上多了一套精緻的咖啡器具和幾包香醇的咖啡粉，原來是瑩瑩特意安排的，這心思細膩得沒話説！住進去之後，也有點小波折。晚上我想用網刷會兒劇，結果網絡不給力，信號斷斷續續的。我打電話到前台，還是瑩瑩接的，一聽我這情況，她馬上安撫我：“親，您別著急上火哈，我這就找人幫您瞅瞅，保準一會兒就好。”沒幾分鐘，維修師傅就來敲門了，瑩瑩還特意打電話跟進，問我網修好沒，這服務，太貼心了吧！再講講房間，乾淨得沒挑兒！床鋪軟乎乎的，我往上面一躺，跟陷進棉花堆似的，一覺睡到大天亮。衞生間也是乾乾淨淨，洗浴用品質量槓槓的，洗完身上滑溜溜的。早上拉開窗簾，陽光“唰”地照進來，心情超好。早餐也不錯，有本地特色的洲心大粥，粥香濃稠，喝一碗超滿足，還有西式的麪包、煎蛋，咖啡也香濃可口，能吃得飽飽的開啟新一天。反正這次在清遠住喆啡酒店，方方面面都順心，全靠瑩瑩小姐姐和工作人員的熱情周到。要是你們也去清遠玩，閉眼選這家，來了準保滿意，説不定還能跟我似的，碰上暖心的瑩瑩，收穫一段超棒的旅行回憶呢！
