I traveled to Qingyang with my father, who is over 80 years old. Because my father is immobile and bedridden, traveling has always been a huge challenge for me. However, all my worries vanished the moment we arrived at Qingyang Phoenix Hotel. On the way to the hotel, the navigation system misled me to the East Branch. The staff, knowing I had booked the West Branch, immediately contacted me. However, it was very windy outside, so the staff ran to get a mask for my father and reminded him to wear it. "Had quite a negative experience here. Firstly at check in the attendant didn’t know how to process it and it took a long time she made copies of useless pages in my passport. Then the room was not non smoking and smelled of smoke there was even an ashtray in the room. Nothing at the hotel is free except for the water. All the television channels have to be paid for even the news channels. And if you open a wash towel you have to pay for it 10 yuan.
