Location and facilities were fantastic. This hotel is good for the family to relax during their holidays. Duty manager Cindy did great job for us and she reminded us of our dinner tickets and kindly checked our belongs proactively. Surely we will visit again and hope they can provide more kinds of foods on dinner buffets.

It is the first time in the 7 years in China that I have received such excellent service and warm treatment at Le Meridien. Cindy and Luna and the young concierge know how to take care of guests. Cindy and Luna made arrangements for my wife who was arriving late without me saying a word. They also automatically gave us a room upgrade and welcomed up to Marriot Bonvoy rewards program. Connected with us on instant messaging for easy communication during our stay. Ms Liu slipped me some Latte vouchers. Breakfast was yummy. Le Meridien West Coast has every amenity. We have been there just over mid autumn festival. Besides the staff is very helpful, the hotel overall facilities needs definitely an overall renewal. The room we had was dirty and damaged everywhere. In the outdoor pools tiles are missing on the floor. If it is equal a 5 star hotel, everybody has to judge by himself…

Very big hotel is on the beach, but swimming is not allowed. The outside pool is small, and the working hours are short. No beach towels, and very old equipment. The staff is nice and the breakfast has different choices.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Le Meridien Qingdao West Coast, and overall, it was a delightful experience. Cindy in reception was very polite and friendly.

The front office person will help you well and talk to you until got the review. After that little slow. Anyway, we had a pleasant accommodation.

The environment of the hotel is excellent, with a beautiful view of the sea that makes me feel great. The front desk attendant Luna Liu is very enthusiastic. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time.

The hotel is located near the beach and the hotel is quit big.l needed a quite quite place ,and quietness is what l got.When l arrived the manager on duty helped me with checkin and it was very quick and he helped me to a table for dinner.The hotel staff are generally very friendly and helpful .I loved the breakfast with a variety of English breakfast.Generally my stay was awesome and l will definitely be back again.Ooh and not to forget l loved the products in the bathroom 😀,the face soap and bathing lotion and the body lotion by Malin+Goetz .Overall experience was great!!!

I think per night it's quite pricy, and you mostly pay for the amazing view, garden and ocean scenic view. The room itself isn't that fancy. Some of the electrical sockets don't work to charge your phone and my brother's room didn't have warm water for the shower.
