I booked a vague room type. I asked if it had a window, and the front desk lady said no, not at this price. Well, I saw my ID card, so I won't say anything. Then I found dead bugs on the bed in the room, and spider webs behind the door for a long time... The bathroom in the room had a strong smell. The TV still couldn't be turned on according to the bedside operation. It might be my own fault. It was too late and I didn't contact the front desk again. I booked a room at this price, so it's not a good comment, right? I'm just giving an objective evaluation, and I hope it will get better and better. I really hope to strengthen all services!
