My experience staying there was fantastic. The unit was better than I thought. The amenities were more than adequate.. my only complaint is that I could not stay there longer. 😁

Overall, everything was great, except that we kept hearing knocking sounds around 2 a.m. If it’s due to poor soundproofing, it’s understandable; but if the soundproofing is good, then it’s a bit creepy. 整体都很好，只是半夜两点多一直听到敲门声。如果是隔音不好，还能理解；如果隔音很好，那就有点诡异了。

The room was spacious and comfortable for the family. However the toilet in the twin room smells so bad that the whole room affected with the smell. Please do something about it.

Nice location and near the Alamanda Mall, one bridge link to the shopping mall. The swimming pool is big and has a kids pool too. Love this place so much , bed is comfortable and have a living room. Overall I will come back to stay again if I coming to putrajaya.

Every stay felt like home. Cozy. Amenities are easily accessible and convenient. If there's room for improvement, i would suggest that buffet crew would check food and drinks are fresh. Not that they served bad food. No. It's a 'so-so'. Some of the cereals were stale and the yellow watermelon were ripened. Hence it is less enjoyable. But nonetheless, the rest pleasurable. Definitely going to stay there a lot more in the future.

2nd time stay with satisfaction. The room was clean & in good condition. Room service staff was good in keeping the room clean everyday. The aircond at the living room was not cool, perhaps need service but in the room was functioning well. Great stay

Good and clean fully furnished rooms with kitchen. Located in apartment building. Big supermarket complex around. Very nice staff.

It has always been great to stay at Mercure hotels anywhere nationwide and especially so in Putrajaya this time. After a long day of meetings, the spacious room and the ever so comfortable bed are nice to come back to. My apartment was so convenient with all the basic amenities provided. The staff are nice and courteous too.

Great hotel with good amenities...the gym could be upgrade with additional treadmill....to many people waiting to use during evening

Always my choice of hotel when we come to Putrajaya. Next to Alamanda Mall, convenient hotel with great food places and comfortable room.

I recently stayed at Mercure Living Putrajaya,and I must say, the ambiance was truly exceptional. The overall atmosphere was calming and beautifully designed, creating the perfect environment to relax and unwind. From the elegant décor in the lobby to the cozy lighting in the rooms, every detail was thoughtfully curated. The outdoor spaces were particularly delightful, offering a peaceful retreat from the bustling city. However, I noticed that no condiments were provided in the room which was a bit inconvenient. Adding basic condiments like tea bags ,sugar, creamer in the room.

The hotel apartment is fantastic, offering a spacious living area perfect for relaxing or working, with a dining table that easily converts into a comfortable workstation. The modern kitchen comes fully equipped, including a washer and dryer, making it ideal for longer stays. The bedroom is cozy and inviting, with a plush bed and minimalist decor that creates a calming ambiance for restful nights. The buffet is another highlight, featuring a variety of delicious options and a unique touch with mini cooker hobs on each table, making dining a special experience. The service is excellent, and the reception staff are polite, friendly, and always ready to assist. A perfect stay overall!

Very good service apartment. The only -ve side is they don't have dedicated parking & not allow concierge to send luggage up to your parking spot even though it's in the same building & quite close. To ask us to park at the lobby for luggage during weekend will clash with public event & hotel event. The rest is very good. Bfast good, room comfy. Elevator brilliant.
