Room is clean, staff are nice

The room is clean, the receptionist is kind and the food is delicious.

This hotel was a fantastic find . Value for money and the friendliest most helpful staff . The room are quite basic and small and the bathroom is basically a cupboard but that didn’t matter as the air conditioning saved our lives after a few very hot days . The hotel is situated in a lovely part of town with parks and restaurants . We had breakfast included which again was very personal and much more than we expected . I would highly recommend this lovely French hotel .

Das Frühstück ist mit großer Auswahl sehr gut und wird immer aufgefüllt. Die Zimmer sind sauber, in sehr gutem Zustand und mit der 24 Stunden Rezeption auch ideal nach Disneyland zur späten Stunde. Mit 10 bis 20 min Fußweg zu einer metro je nach Station auch gut gelegen und auch spät nachts noch erreichbar.

We stayed here for two nights as we had come from the US for a wedding. We checked in late and the hotel was accommodating. The rooms are small but well organized, the bathrooms are very small but you can manage for two nights. The air conditioning was cold and there was ample room for big luggage. We stayed in two rooms on the third floor, which was pretty quiet and had a nice view of the city. The continental breakfast was good and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel prefers for you to leave the room keys at the front desk when you leave the hotel. There are some options to eat and drink from the minibar in the room but you can’t put anything of yours inside the refrigerator. There is a nice Brasserie across the street for a good meal, as well as a bakery, McDonalds, and Monoprix in walking distance. Plus the hotel was around the corner from the city hall, which is where we went for the wedding. The staff helped us get a large van to take us to the airport. Overall, a nice place to stay in the suburbs of Paris.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are cozy, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The bathroom is a little small but functional with nice toiletries (Soap, Shower gel/Shampoo etc). Bed was firm but comfortable and there are extra pillows and a blanket supplied. Our room (104) had air conditioning and was at the front of the hotel but we never had any noise issues. Breakfast was lovely, a simple continental style but plentyful and fresh. The hotel is in a nice quiet suburb of Paris (Puteaux) but just 15 minutes walk from La Defense or Esplanade stations with easy access to the rest of the city. Nearby there are a few restaurants and shops, although we found some were closed at weekend/only opened on the Monday as we were leaving. (we think this is as its near the business district) We walked from Puteaux to Surenses to go to Longchamps races which was easy

May and the whole team at the hotel are fantastic hosts committed to make their guests feel at home. They are genuine, friendly and communicate clearly and quickly. Great service, friendly people, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and a very good breakfast.

The hotel and the rooms are small but well planned. The room includes a double bed, a desk, an armchair, a coffee table and a closet. The wash room includes a sink, a toilet and a narrow shower. Everything was very clean and well organized, I am thin but tall so it was a bit of a challenge to bend in the shower but possible. I liked the breakfast and the staff was very kind and helpful, and they speak English. There are nice restaurants in the area that also allow takeaway. Obviously you would not be in the heart of Paris so you need to take public transportation service time in consideration. There’s buses and metro lines in a walking distance including metro line 1 which goes to very popular places such as the arc the triumph, the Louvre, etc.

Besides being clean, well-maintained, and for me ideally situated in Puteaux, a pleasant 15-minute stroll to La Defense and easy access to the Metro, the hospitality provided by manager Laura and her front staff, particularly Leslie and James, is what brings me back. They are all friendly and helpful beyond measure and have been an absolute joy and delight to know over the years.

Les deux nuits dans cet hôtel se sont très bien passées ! Les chambres sont agréables très pratiques , joliment décorées et très propres ! Les nuits sont calmes pas de bruits extérieurs ! Le petit déjeuner est très bien ! Et le personnel de jour comme de nuit est charmant ! Merci pour cet agréable séjour dans cet hôtel charmant !

Un petit hôtel familial qui propose des chambres confortables et rénovées. Le quartier est très calme et des restaurants sont en proximité immédiate. Une mention spéciale à toute l'équipe pour sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité et sa réactivité. Je reviendrai. Je recommande ++++

Un hôtel qui propose l'essentiel avec un personnel très prévenant et un excellent rapport qualité prix. De l'accueil au service du petit déjeuner, on est accompagné de personnels sans cesse à votre écoute. Une excellente alternative aux propositions parisiennes avec des transports complets.

Les chambres sont petites mais ça fait l'affaire et je pense que c'est un bon rapport qualité-prix. Personnel accueillant et très serviable, chambres propres et calmes. Bonnes recommandations de leur part, je les remercie ! Que du positif. Je ne regrette pas mon choix d'hôtel et je vous le recommande vivement.
