Breakfast at last was good."

The male receptionist is not there to help but to show how 'powerful' he is. He didn't want to change our room despite how broken it was. We could with another staff member to have... Another moldy and broken room. The only good thing there is the location. I won't go again. It ruins your vacation."

I found this very dishonest and unacceptable. I was forced to book another hotel, and it's difficult to find one during an event in Punta. I'm going to hold the Iron staff who recommended it accountable."
