Ulasan Majestic Colonial Punta Cana - All Inclusive

Hotel ini sangat mengagumkan. Semua termasuk juga merupakan pilihan yang bagus dengan banyak pilihan. Saya sepenuhnya merekomendasikannya.

El hotel es precioso, unas partes un poco deterioradas, pero en general es muy bueno, mucha variedad de comidas, bebidas, la zona de la playa muy bien organizada, los meseros todo el tiempo pasan para el tema de bebidas, el restaurante de la playa también muy bueno, pero lo mejor de todo es la gente, todos muy pero muy amables, cálidos, atentos, respetuosos, colabores en todo momento… esta bien para Olán familiar…. Nosotros volveremos! Gracias por todo.

酒店服務很一般，每天打掃房間他們不會把用過或用完的毛巾，牙刷，飲料，等等補齊。

Upon arrival the front desk couldn't find our reservation. After 10 hours of travelling forced to wait over 20 min just to be put into a room where we waited for another 45 min for our "butler" (this was never explained to us) to take us to our room. Why did we check in a week earlier? Throughout stay butler was absent, provided no service. Need to work on customer service skills especially at check in. There were 4000 employees waiting around but 2 working desk.

The resort property was well kept and beautiful. Unfortunately, the road leading up to the resort property from the highway was littered with garbage. Please know I appreciate this is out of your control.

This resort is NOT made to be relaxed. The blasting music is constantly heard all over the property. The number of restaurants were limited as compared to the size of the resort. The food was ok. The staff was ok. But our experience was negative. We will not visit this resort again. At the time we were there, hundred of students during their spring break were accepted in this resort. They were partying ALL NIGHT until 4 am. We could not sleep for 5 days. There were NO quiet area on this property to rest. There was not one single quiet place.

Beautiful resort, will definitely be coming back. Yulian was awesome! Definitely the best all inclusive choice.

The resort was very pretty - great beach access. The room was fabulous as was the staff cleaning every day. The food was just ok - not entirely their fault when you are prepping for that many people daily. The food to order was very small portions and incredibly slow service. If you are there for cocktails perfect - if you want balance between food and drinks, not the best. They say lunch starts at noon, yet you have five people yelling at you that they are not opened yet. It isn't the best of the best or the worst of the worst. It is mediocre at best. If you have 18 year old kids to entertain then this is the best spot. If you want to have a relaxing vacation for two adults, I would check other options.

Bar service was absolutely awful. I drink beer and my wife was only getting piña coladas. And we actually tipped on every drink we get but we were ignored like we had the plague, we come to the DR quite a bit, This is the only place that we’ve ever been treated like this.

Majestic Colonial was a fantastic place. The food was some of the best I’ve ever had and the service was impeccable. Everyone there was very friendly and warm from the check in to the dining, cleaning and entertainment staff. The facilities were truly luxurious and the beach location was perfect for all ages. I would highly recommend the Majestic colonial to anyone traveling to the DR.

The property is very clean, well maintained and managed, relaxing and quiet. The staff are very helpful and extremely well-mannered. it was pure pleasure to stay there. The drawbacks are: 1. no local culture input, like Dominican music and specific cultural heritage; instead, just generic American stuff; and 2. I couldn't find a way to get into town on my own using public transit and mixing with people.

Property is very nice and clean. All associates are very nice and friendly and they are always ready to help. Specially recognizing for Henry Rodriguez who has been very helpful and taking care of us from first to last day of our visit. He is very nice and professional and very kind.

The room at times smelled like sewage. It took an hour to be seated for dinner and the Restuarants that took reservations had limited availability. The place was understaffed- and we waited for almost everything we wanted.

What a perfect vacation ! Excellent staff, food and entertainment ! Beach was beautiful, staff was wonderful and resort was very clean and lovely !
