因為參加婚禮選擇了這家酒店入住，感覺真的還挺不錯的。比坎昆的全包要貴一丟丟，但服務啥的都還不錯。唯一不妙的就是這家酒店不大，但可以預約到高級晚餐，總體來説，還是不錯的。如果是年輕人，推薦奢華一室居，非常安靜，設施也很新。

The staff here are great! Super friendly, helpful and hardworking. Older property but a lot of effort goes in to keeping it clean and comfortable.

Was not allowed to use tennis courts and told was going to be charged for lights, not allowed to eat breakfast out in tables and chairs viewing the ocean, charged for pool towel card, unfriendly check in, laundry services not picked up when said it would be and never got picked up, food was unbearable, always questioned where we were going when we left the resort, plastic drink cups from pool bar not washed thoroughly and made some of our group sick. For the price we paid and supposed to be VIP we were not treated VIP

I have complex food allergies and my diet was beautifully catered to. I think that the food selection was also incredible and tasty. The people working here were so polite and kind to us. The entertainment each night was outstanding. I lived being close to the beach

The iguanas added to the awesomeness of the property, the staff were all so welcoming, kind and helpful. They were always cleaning which made me feel safe and comfortable as well. The shows in the lobby were fantastic too!

They have a lot of rules for everything dining, tennis, towels etc. not somewhere we will be going back to.

The rooms that we booked were totally different from one another. We asked for rooms on the same floor and they said they weren’t available, but then we eventually got one. Spent almost two hours dealing with this nonsense.

Wrong choice of hotel for a solo traveler. Much too noisy all day at pool with staff shouting out various activities and noisy at night with music and karaoke. Food was not good either so I chose to go off property for many of my meals. Staff was mostly friendly but front desk folks could be nicer.

As a VIP i didnt know what extras i had. It wasnt explained. It would ha w been nice to know if i got more then what i did. They didnt explain what there was to do or events either. With a bit more explaining it would have been better.

This resort has a good location, yes it may appear older as mentioned in other reviews however, it is very clean and honestly has all you need. The pools are nice as is the mini water park. The buffet is average, but the specialty restaurants are great, the staff at the Mexican restaurant were superb. I’ve been here twice and two people always stand out for me, Raul who helped us with our luggage and Pedro at the pool who kindly made sure we had food and drinks at all times. Thank you!!

Loved the menus delicious food My room need it a little TLC not much but over all very comfortable

I got stressed because they said they will charge $70 for a towel keys I couldn’t find. On my last day came back sick, from something new they put on the breakfast menu. That was the only thing different that I ate compared to my kids.

The resort all in all, was not bad, the servers were amazing but the bartenders always seemed to just be chatting with each other while people stood in line, usually will leave a tip but near the end of the trip, they didn't deserve one

The staff were incredible, always keeping kids & people busy , very lively in a good way , the specialty restaurants were incredible, the buffet ok,the location is close to everything, you always felt safe . The resident iguanas were entertaining , definitely a family resort, will go there again
