Nice location- the rooms are simple and clean, but nothing extraordinary. The Spa was a great disappointment, small, only a steam room and a sauna and a small indoor pool (and an outdoor that was closed for the season), no refreshments, and you had to also pay for it. The staff were very friendly and kind. However , the food was terrible - it felt as if it was frozen food that was warmed (and I had two different dishes for dinner two nights), both evenings the food was like warm and very poor quality Overall, ok but did not meet the standard of 4/5* hotel.

First, the clean staff knocked on my door and think was no people in the room that Open my door. Second, I put the billboard on my door that said no clean service today, and then the clean staff also cleaned my room.

The staff was very kind and friendly, and there was no inconvenience, but they were too inexperienced in solving double payments. I am very satisfied with the hotel, but there seems to be a lack of cooperation with the travel site.
