Great apartment with an amazing view of the ocean. Equipped with all the necessary things. Great pool, great, deeper than standard ones. Great location - very close to the beach. Very friendly and helpful staff at this facility. I recommend!

Great location, short walk to Los Muertos beach. Condo sits atop a hill so some up and down walking which calls for some caution. Eastward is the heart of Zona Romantica with plenty of famous restos, bars, taco stands, fine dining establishnents, etc. Beach clubs abound so we hung out on the beach every chance we got. We rented rm. 501 for a month and we had a pleasant stay.

This is the place to stay in PV. Super clean building. Wonderful staff. Pool is big with crystal clear perfect temperature water that can often be enjoyed by yourself depending on time of day with lots of Sun for most of the day (mid September). The Condo is just a few minutes walk to the beach, liquor store and a convenience store. Everything else your heart desires is a short distance away…shopping, restaurants, clubs and bars. The southernmost end of the Malecon is nearby for a nice stroll along the water. The higher the floor the better view you get. We stayed in 603 and it was spectacular inside and had a postcard worthy view of the Bay and parts of the city. The Condo had everything you need to feel at home. Grab your groceries and you don’t have to go out eat unless you feel like it, the kitchen has all the basic cookware, utensils etc. Gas stovetop and oven. Get a big bottle of water for the water dispenser/cooler. As much as we didn’t want to we just did a quick shop at WalMart (not close by) to get everything as fast as possible and get on with the vacation…it helped having a ****** next to WalMart for motivation ;) Final thoughts…Torre Malibu will provide a lasting positive impression and you will want to return the moment you checkout. Don’t think about it. Just BOOK IT NOW! Final

We spent 10 days in unit 605. The view of both the ocean and downtown was fabulous. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The condo has a great location, close to beach and RZ. The only issue we had was the AC unit in the front room was leaking bad. It started on Friday and Jean Luc was quick to come look at it. He said the AC company would be out on Monday. We checked out on Wed and it still wasn't fixed. It wasn't horrible, but only gave us one place to sit in the front room.As the other couch was either wet from the leak or had pots and pans to collect the leaking water. Even after that, we would gladly stay again.

Had an excellent experience in my first stay here. It will not be my last. I stayed in 602 and the unit was nicely updated with amazing ocean views. At the front desk I mainly dealt with Ricardo. He is a pro at making people feel welcome and making their stay better. You can tell he takes pride in his work. I have stayed at other hotels in that area and never felt as welcome as Ricardo made me feel. Can’t wait to return. :)

Condo rentals nice place, nice staff. Heated pool is very comfortable. My unit on the 5th floor is awesome. Efficient floor plan includes 2 bathrooms, 2 closets, comfortable bed in bedroom and bed on wheels in the living area. Kitchen area with awesome refrigerator, and everything to cook a meal. After 45 stairs to street from lobby level, only 98 stairs to beach level (Blue chairs) then the beach. Playa de los Muertos, Bahía de Banderas is warm during June. Couple of noisy neighbors blocks away play music pretty loud. 😉 Love this place, a shirt distance from the busy area.

This was my favorite stay so for in Puerto Vallarta. Steps from the beach, great food, nightlife options and the charm of old town, nothing was more than 20 minutes walk. Service at the front desk was excellent. Staff were friendly and cared about my stay. My condo rental was spotless, great views from the balcony overlooking the Pacific, and fully stocked with everything I needed. Clean! Everything was well maintained and clean including shared spaces, hallways, elevator and more importantly the room itself. The attention to safety, with coded locks and security persons on site after hours, really added to the overall experience. The pool was clean! Great for a quick dip when not in the beautiful, warm ocean just steps away. I would definitely recommend for the low-key, budget minded traveler who wants real bang for the buck.

The manager Rodrigo is the best. I rented codo 001. It had no view but I loved it because it was quiet. I didn't do any cooking or use the kitchen while I was there but it was still worth it. I will be back. Rodrigo makes everything run so smooth there.

Very friendly, helpful and attentive staff. Fast and efficient email communication before arrival. Very clean property, clean apartment. Fast Wifi. Good, comfortable beds. Only little minus: bedroom was in direction to main street. Can be disturbing, when you have light sleep.
