Ulasan Balai Princesa

We stayed here for one night after flying in from Manila. The place has a small spa vibe with rattan furniture and the pleasant smell of essential oils. Our room and en suite was lovely, spacious and a welcome escape from the traffic in PP. We didn't walk around the area as there didn't seem to be places to eat but ate in the restaurant which is small but nice enough. Before dinner we made use of their outside jacuzzi which is nicely lit up in the dark. They'd also prepared the sauna for us which are individual pods but after a few mins we were done - who wants a sauna in the tropics?! You need a tuk-tuk to get to downtown PP from the hotel. Overall highly recommended.

Small, lovely, hidden-away hotel. Close to the airport. We stayed one night prior to our flight out of Palawan. The room was clean. The breakfast was tasty. We also received a free ride to the airport. The very best thing about the hotel was the massage service. We each got one of the best massages we've ever had at this hotel for around $20!!

Although the hotel has nothing round it that you can walk to, the first impressions on entering were promising. The hotel reception was presented very well and smelt wonderful. We used the tea/coffee facilities in the lounge area but like the rooms, everything could do with a proper clean. The towels in the room were well worn and there was only serviettes instead of toilet paper. The staff were on their phones watching videos (both kitchen and reception staff) and had no interest in their jobs. We had an incident in the cafe which resulted in the staff coming out of the kitchen and laughing at us eating our food, which resulted in me leaving mine. Very immature and unprofessional. This is not a boutique hotel.

This hotel was very zen and calming. It was a small property that felt somewhat like a bed and breakfast because of the size. We appreciated that there was a restaurant onsite for free breakfast and convenience for dinner.

Very nice boutique hotel. Only 5 rooms! All very roomy, nice amenities, and great service. We had the best massages. It included time in the jacuzzi and sauna. Staff is very friendly and the included breakfast was very convenient and tasty. If you are looking for a hotel that is quaint and off the beaten path, this is the place for you!

The pictures truly reflect how nice this place is. All the staff were excellent and always tried to make the experience as best as possible. The breakfast included was also one of the best we had while staying in Palawan. All ammenties were kept very clean.
