"A perfect stay! I really like the style of this hotel. The elegant design uses wooden elements to blend pastoral style with colonial style. The aroma in the room is very good, I had a good rest, the sound insulation is good, the room is spacious, clean and brand new! The location is perfect for being quiet in the bustle and within walking distance to surrounding attractions. The hotel itself also has a spa experience with massages that are pretty good. The service staff were very enthusiastic and responsible. When we were leaving the hotel and waiting for the bus, a beggar approached us. The hotel security immediately came to protect us. We were very touched! Highly recommended!"

"Everything was great with the room, but be aware that since it's an interior room, there's only one window that lets in a little sunlight. If that's a problem for you, it's best to book an exterior room. It wasn't an issue for me since I was out all day, and it was already dark when I returned. The location is excellent, just steps from the convention center. I only have a couple of observations: - Regarding the housekeeping service: the first day I left the "do not disturb" bow tie so they wouldn't come to clean while I went to breakfast, as I was going back to get ready before going out. I left the bow tie so they could come in; however, they didn't return it to the room. Also, the second day when they changed the towels, they didn't leave me a hand towel, only bath towels. - It took a long time to be served at breakfast on Saturday. I don't know if it was because it was a complimentary breakfast from the hotel or because they had two meetings and few guests, but it was quite annoying."
