Four Points by Sheraton Puchong

Selama check-in, staf meja depan mengambil terlalu banyak waktu untuk berbasa-basi dengan pelanggan di depan saya. Saya mengerti jika berbasa-basi adalah bagian dari layanan tetapi saya check-in sekitar pukul 11.30 malam, lelah dan terlambat. Bisa ngobrol ringan nanti. Saat check out, saya tidak tahu bahwa tarif bervariasi dari setiap hari, saya melakukan pemesanan melalui trip.com dan tidak diberitahu tentang hal ini. Selain itu gadis meja depan mencoba menagih saya dua kali, dan ketika mereka mencoba membatalkan biaya melalui kartu kredit saya, mereka bahkan tidak repot-repot menunjukkan kepada saya. Pengalaman yang sangat buruk.

Tetap berkali-kali puas kecuali kali ini. Kami check-in larut malam sekitar jam 11 malam setelah selesai bekerja. Sayangnya saya masih harus berdiri sekitar 30 menit total di depan meja depan untuk menunggu proses yang lambat oleh operator meskipun saya berada di antrian No.2. Terakhir ketika masuk ke kamar, shower gel kamar mandi selesai, keset lantai hilang karena lantai sangat licin, Soket sakelar pengisi daya USB bedhead rosak AC kuat dan langsung ke kepala. The service is better than most of the 5-star hotels! Location is convenient, there are many restaurants and nearby. In-room dining has 20% off currently. We tried the gym as well, quite conducive. I think most of the travellers are for business. We have a good stay for 2 night. Recommended!

The lady at the reception was very kind and friendly which built a great first impression. The early check-in provided was the second thing that made another good impression. Sadly, my initial goods impression has been totally spoiled based on the following matters related to the unsatisfactory level of hygiene and maintenance: - The two bottles of water provided (or at least the one on the right side shown of the photo) were/was dirty with brownish red stains on the cap as shown on the photo (reference photo 1) and the bottle itself unpleasantly sticky. - The towel was dirty too (reference photo 2). - The length of the beds is rather short (200 cm), in comparison to other hotels (located not so far away from the hotel in question) in the same category and same price range where the length is 210 cm. Considering that the pillow having 50 cm occupies 1/4 of these 200cm, the remaining "usable" length of 150 cm of the bed, might not be sufficient for everyone. - Surprisingly, the length of the bedsheets was even shorter than the bed (reference photo 3) or the bedsheets might have not been properly placed (I am not sure as I had no wish to check this for hygienic reasons) but in either way both things are rather unacceptable for a 4-star hotel in my opinion. - The main part of the room (the room excluding the entrance area) was rather dark in the evening as the light in this part of the room comes just from the two humble night/reading lights next to the beds. Aside from the low lighting, the switches of the two night/reading lights were not even tightened with nuts, but with nylon cable ties as shown on the photo (reference photo 4) that allows the switches to float when you touch them, that doesn't produce the sense of turning the light in a room of a 4-star hotel, but more like the sense of turning the light in an unmaintained caravan that was placed for sale because of the lack of spare parts for this model. - The furniture and especially the desk was unpleasantly scratched and stained (reference photo 5) matching the overall level of maintenance described above.

Room 1215. Room was clean as usual however the shower room door couldnt be closed fully, water splashed out during shower no matter how careful. Whole floor mat was soaked in water & floor became slippery. Reported to reception hope its fixed for the coming guests.
