Quite exceptional quality for money! Strongly recommended.

Mi sono trovata molto bene, prezzo ottimo e colazione niente male! E bella vista dal balcone!

Interessante la posizione che fiancheggia il fiume Mincio e la pista ciclabile Peschiera Mantova.

Wir haben das Hotel schon mehrfach gebucht wegen der guten Verkehrsanbindung. Upgrade auf 2. Person erfolge ohne Probleme.

Hotel is absolutely miles away from the lake you will have to walk 30 minutes down a dark dimly lit river to reach it every night as you have more chance of winning the lottery than getting a taxi in lake Garda. Right next to a motorway and if you don’t book a room with “river view” you will be directly on top of this. For the “river view “ the river is a good 1km from the hotel the pictures lie you would need a pair of binoculars to see it your balcony will be located near enough publicly next to a stair case and with no privacy but you will pay extra for this thrilling view. There is absolutely nothing around it no shops bars restraunts etc it’s a ghost town if you could call a motorway and a garden that seems to sell tomb stones a “town”. Considering all this it’s not a cheap stay spend the extra 10 euros and stay by the lake where you will have to walk to everyday anyway. Only good thing is the reception which are helpful and sell extremely overpriced mini bar items which you will need because there is absolutely nowhere to purchase any necessities around.

Not very pedestrian friendly, our river side balcony was on the first floor so all balcony separated by flower pots and then a wall so you had to be stood up to see the river. Had no shops near by however did have a 24 mini bar of drinks in the hotel to be charged to the room.

Stayed for 2 nights at Hotel Rivus. Room was clean & tidy with everything we needed. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice. Spa €20 each was great & perfect after a busy day. This is not an upmarket hotel but you are not paying a lot. I thought it was good value for money with great staff.

Visited the place for 6 nights. The place has seen it’s best days. Three things was nice: pool, air condition in the room and the fridge in the room was big and kept our own drinks cold. The firs room we had was quite bad, things such toilet seat was broken and the shower was dirty etc. We asked repairement and got a better room from 3 rd floor. It was better but cleaning of the shower and toilet should be better, a lot of moisture and mole in the shower cabin. Sheet was clean and the room was cleaned daily. Some times we missed towels that we needed to reguest again few times. Staff was ok but certainly some things and information was not passed between the staff. Breakfest was ok, bread, coffee, yogurt, ham and cheese and eggs and bacon. When you stay more than 1 night you will probably want something more like fresh tomato, fruits etc. but it kept the hunger sway so as said Ok. There has been a pizzeria in the hotel but was closed. Probably we so not visit the place again so it might be a good choise to check some other hotel.

Hotel situato in buona posizione. A 30min da Verona, 8min da Gardaland e vicino Sirmione. Struttura ben tenuta, accoglienza sufficiente( un pò freddina),camera spaziosa con un comodo balcone molto ampio, vista fiume. Pulizia nella norma. Piscina comoda, non molto pulita( senza obbligo di cuffia) ma non adatta a bimbi piccoli in quanto l'altezza minima supera 1.30mt. Nota DOLENTISSIMA( per essere un pò garbati) il Ristorante. Prezzi in linea con ristoranti della zona, ok, ma qualità del cibo PESSIMA DA DISCOUNT. Abbiamo ordinato 2 spaghetti al pomodoro per i bimbi, un pollo con verdure lesse, un prosciutto e mozzarella e una cotoletta. Dopo nemmeno 5 Min. arrivano gli spaghetti e già mi puzza la cosa. A vederlo sembravano precotti, alla prova ho avuto la conferma. Pollo è verdure SURGELATI. Verdure fredde così come il pollo, e di qualità pessima che a confronto quello della Lidl è da Ristorante stellato. Naturalmente non lo abbiamo mangiato. Prosciutto crudo servito con il melone( al posto della mozzarella) senza nessun preavviso. Il tutto è bastato per chiedere di non portare la cotoletta perchè sicuramente sarebbe stata una precotta congelata. La cameriera alle nostre lamentele ha confermato che erano cibo precotti congelati, ma la cosa sconcertante è che sul menù non è indicato così come i possibili allergeni. Naturalmente ci siamo alzati senza consumare i pasti( che giustamente) non ci sono stato addebitati. È obbligo avvisare i clienti e redigere un menù a norma anche in virtù del fatto che potrebbe esserci anche un allergico, o una persona con problemi che non può assumere cibo precotto e pretrattato.

Hotel con ottima posizione, facilmente raggiungibile dall’autostrada e a circa 15 minuti di macchina da Gardaland. Il centro è raggiungibile a piedi in 15/20 minuti. Camera ampia e pulita, con balcone. Bagno grande con doccia, non pulitissima. Colazione nella media. Cucina non provata in quanto il ristorante alle 21.30 non era disponibile. Hotel consigliato per un breve soggiorno.

In camera un forno di 40 gradi con medesimo problema riscontrato da molti clienti (sembrava di essere in una sauna) Igiene della camera quasi azzerata, non hanno mai sostituito i teli e non appena lamentato il problema ci è stato detto che dovevamo buttare i teli a terra altrimenti non venivano cambiati. Sconsigliato al massimo!

Sono tornato in questo hotel dopo molto tempo (2018), era uno dei mie preferiti della zona, purtroppo è cambiato in peggio e di molto, siamo stati 1 notte senza elettricità in camera causa un loro guasto, la cena penosa e cara, colazione sufficiente. Non consigliato.
