This is a fabulous hotel! The setting is very quiet, and the amenities are excellent. Our room was on the 4th floor, a suite! There is so much room to spread out with a very large bathroom. The pool was a bit cold but very refreshing after a few moments.

We spent one night here on our small-group tour of southern Italy. This hotel is located well outside the town of Enna. Our room was VERY large (it must have been one of their "family" rooms, with 3 single beds). The hotel bar had some interesting Italian beers. Dinner in the big dining room was tasty, but not exceptional. Breakfast buffet was OK; the automated coffee machines were a little challenging to operate. Overall, a satisfactory place to stay if you're passing through the area.

The hotel itself is beautiful. The room we had was spacious and elegantly appointed. The are only two possible complaints. One is the size of the shower. Given the large bathroom size and tile finish the plastic shower was puzzling. The other issue was the size and location of the television but this is minor. The staff was fantastic except for one. But Christina Bellomo, Lucia at the restaurant and the woman at the spa were pleasant, charming, and very helpful. The location is in a beautiful valley. It reminded us of the location of the Phoenician Hotel in Scottsdsle Arizona

Very unfriendly receptionist. After long drive to get there we were treated badly. We asked for information about sightseeing in Enna and were bluntly told they had none. They told us nothing about facilities at the hotel and just handed us keys to the room. It was an empty hotel and they gave us room under their kitchen which was noisy and kept us awake for the two nights we were there. We asked to speak with the manger to complain but never got a response from him. Breakfast was poor as we could not even get eggs as they said there was none left. I would not recommend this hotel if you want good customer service they have no idea how to treat their guests well! The shower has black mould all around the base and was not clean. This hotel spoilt our trip to Sicily!

Pessima sosta nell'hotel, sperduto praticamente nel nulla, ai bordi di un quartiere moderno ai piedi di Enna. Un'enorme compagnia di ospiti, costituito da famiglie con bambini, ha impazzito con urla e canti ben oltre la mezzanotte, lasciando scorrazzare bambini urlanti nei corridoi. La mia camera, poi, confinava proprio con un locale dove si teneva una festa per bambini. Tavoli spostati e urla fino quasi all'una di notte. Ho chiamato inutilmente il concierge più volte. Al mattino, di fronte alle mie rimostranze per avermi assegnato una camera che sarebbe stata inevitabilmente disturbata, mi hanno risposto che non potevano fare altrimenti, perché avrebbero dovuto tenere metà hotel vuoto! Pessimo servizio anche a tavola. Per cena eravamo un gruppo di circa 25 persone, con menù prestabilito e ci hanno servito con mezz'ora di ritardo. A colazione, ho chiesto una spremuta di arance: mi hanno portato il frutto intero, perché non sono in grado di fare una spremuta!! Accompagno spesso gruppi per n viaggio in Sicilia, ma sicuramente in quest'hotel non mi rivedranno più.

Abbiamo effettuato la nostra promessa di matrimonio 💒 M&D. Posso dire tutto impeccabile Complimenti per il servizio, la proprietaria Maria super eccezionale . Complimenti ai cuochi piatti e cibi squisiti. Tutto perfetto io da napoletano lo consiglio ☺️.

Essendoci stato per un ritiro non ho nulla da dire. Il cibo buonissimo, stanze molto accoglienti, piscina e spazi esterni ottimi e ben gestiti così come l'area benessere. Non metto "5 🎾" perché ho sentito qualche lamentela tra i commensali riferita ad alcuni camerieri ma personalmente posso dire che Reception ok e personale di sala, almeno coloro con chi ho interloquito, molto competente ed educato. Ben gestita la zona bar dalla ragazza e bravo il cameriere Angelo. Buona la scelta di vini. Da migliorare un po' la pulizia anche se il personale è stato molto cortese. Comunque consigliato per una vacanza in totale relax.

La prima volta a Enna ,siamo stati invitati da un Amico a passare 2 giorni in questa struttura che dire spettacolare imponente pulita,il servizio super soprattutto la ragazza al bar piscina interna ,da ritornarci sicuramente magari in estate visto la grande piscina esterna

Sono stata ospite del Federico II Palace Hotel in occasione di un evento che si svolgeva a Enna. Non immaginavo di avere una camera tanto grande, con un balconcino, una stanza armadio e un bagno enorme. Ho usufruito della colazione internazionale, con prodotti freschissimi, e della cena. Il personale è molto cortese e alla mano; l'albergo è super pulito e si respira un'atmosfera rilassante. Unica pecca: la struttura si trova decentrata da tutto. Per raggiungerla, è necessaria la macchina. Sarebbe ottimo se il comune ponesse una fermata del bus nei pressi dell'hotel, permettendo ai turisti di muoversi liberamente senza dover necessariamente usare il servizio taxi o navetta a pagamento.
