Breakfast and location are good, room is a bit disappointing, photos are a bit misleading! Not a bad place to stay though!

Nice clean hotel with helpful staff about a 5minute walk away from the centre. Nice swimming pool and spacious room.

Die Fotos vom Innenhof sind nicht aktuell, im Innenhof wurde eine Art Haus als Frühstücksraum gebaut, dadurch sind 8 Zimmer fast ohne Licht, die Terrasse grenzt an den Frühstücksraum und man muss immer die Blickdicht Vorhänge geschlossen halten. Sobald das Frühstück beginnt geht schlafen nicht mehr. Der Pool wird nicht gereinigt! Am Tag läuft die Schwimmbad Pumpe, die ist so laut, das ein Gespräch nicht geht, diese steht unmittelbar am Frühstücksraum und Fenster der Zimmer. Das Hotel ist das Geld nicht Wert! Ich würde nicht mehr hier übernachten! Sonst wären die Zimmer in anderen Bereichen des Hotels okay.

酒店位置很好距離拜縣中心不遠不近。 房間設施齊全很新 工作人員非常周到細緻 早晨品種和味道都不錯 唯一的不足就是浴室簾安的不好，在擋水條外面，沒有任何擋水的作用，導致一洗澡廁所就滿地是水。

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage, freundliches Personal, eine super Auswahl beim Frühstück. Einziges Manko war unser Zimmer Nummer A108. Es liegt genau beim Durchgang von den Zimmern zum Frühstück und mit dem Balkon auf den Restaurantbereich gerichtet. Sobald das Frühstück vorbereitet wurde, haben wir alles gehört, ebenso das rücken der schweren Sesseln. Zusätzliche wurde am 2. morgen der Stromkasten gewartet, welcher sich an der wand zu unserem Zimmer befand. Da wurde gehämmert und es war extrem laut. Das Reinigungspersonal hatte die „Versorgungsbasis“ ebenfalls vor unserer Tür und hat über walkie talkie kommuniziert, auch das war lautstark zu hören. Ich würde das Hotel weiterempfehlen, aber von diesem Zimmer absolut abraten. Es ist leider viel zu laut.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, nice pool and the complementary breakfast was awesome! This is my second stay and I will stay there again!

The room was nice but EXTREMELY cold, even without A/C. We had an ongoing issue with our shower - I alerted staff in the morning and by the time we returned in the evening it still hadn’t even been looked at which was really annoying as they had all day to fix it but clearly didn’t pass the message on. When I mentioned it the second time they sent someone to fix it but it still didn’t work. I asked to move rooms and the staff asked us to pack all our things up, leave them in reception and check into a new room later on which personally I didn’t think was acceptable as our current room was not useable so we should have been able to keep our things there and change at our own pace after a tour, rather than waste our time packing everything up because of the hotels error. I did try and explain we were going on a tour so actually didn’t have time to pack and move but they didn’t seem to understand. Just really frustrating that I had to complain three times about the shower not working properly and the issue didn’t get resolved and I wasn’t offered a reasonable solution. Also the threshold for the shower was horrific meaning the bathroom flooded every time we attempted to have a freezing cold shower - the cleaners did not mop the bathroom properly so there was always a puddle of water by the bin and toilet. Pretty disappointing overall.

Really nice property. Clean room. 10 min easy walk to town. It is set back from the main road so quiet to sleep at night. Staff were nice. The hotel looked so nice decorated for the lantern festival and the staff helped us to send off our own lanterns! It was such a fun experience.
