In fact, a deposit was requested at the time of check-in, just as it is advertised in all the points of sale for our services and the information you were given, standard information, so that you wouldn't be taken by surprise at the time of check-out if something was charged to you. Therefore, when you say that you would be charged the full amount of the deposit if you left towels soiled with make-up, this is an outright lie, as you would only be charged the amount of the towels and not the full amount of the deposit. Obviously we don't ask for the towels or bed linen to be ‘returned’ to us as we delivered them, but minimally washable, because when they come with stubborn stains, more products have to be applied to remove them. As you could see when you checked out, the deposit was returned to you in full. We don't want customers to leave here dissatisfied with our services and facilities, when we do everything we can to provide a good stay and when we warn customers that if they notice anything less than good in the flats, to let us know so that we can have the opportunity to rectify it, since unexpected situations can occur (just like in our houses). Tanggapan dari Properti: Dear Jennifer, thank you for your feedback. The flats, not the rooms, are cleaned every 3 days and the towels are changed, and the sheets are changed every 7 days. From what we can see in the system, as your booking was for just 3 nights, it didn't actually include the cleaning service, which is why you were told that there would be an extra charge if you wanted this service. Unfortunately, the cockroach situation is something we are not responsible for, as we work with a company that visits our unit regularly to disinfect it. All the flats are cleaned and checked with each new arrival, and when guests tell us when something is wrong, we do everything we can to improve their stay. As in your case, after a few references and according to our availability, we changed the flat, even though it was the night before your departure. Best regards, Soldoiro
