The environment is beautiful, the location is good, there is a large supermarket next to it, the rooms are comfortable and hygienic, and the morning is rich. Facilities are very user-friendly and the scenery outside the window is good. Good value for money, but also staying next time.

This is my second time here. I like this hotel very much. There are mountains behind it. There is a **** convenience store nearby. There is a large supermarket about three kilometers away by taxi. The room is a bit small and the breakfast is average.

The service at the front desk was a bit slow. I went to check out in the morning and just returned the key, but I had to wait for a long time. The taxi I called in advance took two trips before I was allowed to return the key and check out of the room.

The service is pretty good, but I can't understand Spanish. It's very inconvenient to buy things in the supermarket and it's easy to make mistakes! I wanted to buy salt, but I ended up buying baking soda. I asked the people at the supermarket and they kept giving me baking soda. When I went back to the hotel and opened it, I found it was not salt!

The best choice with perfect services. RQ Santa Magdalena Hotel was new and very comfortable hotel with so nice interior and exterior. It's so best location near of Mall Costanera Center and CBD. Very beautiful views. Also the hotel rooms with the kitchen, Including all kitchen equipments and accessories. Hotel's front desk was very kindly and warmly. My flight was in the morning early after my staying at the hotel. Front desk (Her name was Catalina) delivered my breakfast to my room previous day. Also she gave me very nice room with excellent views. The window was looking to the Sky Costanera Center, I'm so thankful for the hotel's front desk Catalina and her colleague who was a guy. I want to say them thank you so much again. See you soon in beautiful Santiago de Chile again 🇨🇱💕👍👍

Outstanding service, gorgeous rooms and courtyard, and great breakfast.  Overall, just a great experience staying here.

This is the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in. It is warm and the architectural design is reasonable. When I saw Gaudi's book on the bar, I realized that it was the case. Hidden in the city, convenient transportation, closed windows, the world is quiet.

The service girl at the front desk is very good. Whether arranging check-in, arranging breakfast or answering various inquiries, she does her best and is enthusiastic. Her English level is also very good. Security is always open and greeting. The beds and supplies in the house were all clean and dry. The tallest tower in America on the left and the famous snow-capped mountains in the distance on the right were clearly visible. Overlooking a quiet yet lively street. It is only walking distance from the supermarket at the foot of the tallest tower, opposite the Starbucks and below, surrounded by pizza, McDonald's, KFC or other hotel restaurants. The transportation is convenient and safe. The breakfast is rich and delicious. Yogurt, cheese balls, kiwi fruit, ”sweet twists” and coffee are all my favorites.
