Ulasan Park Plaza Santiago

My wife and I stayed here four years ago for our honeymoon. It seems like the place has stayed the same, which is not a compliment. The room was carpeted, yet no slippers were given to us. The aircon unit would buzz loudly and randomly during the night, which woke me up. For some reason bathtub drain stoppers needed to be requested, and the two nights I asked for one I was told they were all out. I spent two nights wanting to take a bath to relax and I wasn't able to. The elevators are extremely old and seriously need to be replaced - the door would shut in front of us when waiting for one and I got trapped by the doors once. The best part of this hotel is the breakfast. It has great variety and the quality of the fruit and meals is excellent. The staff is very kind, too.

前台服務女孩服務特別特別好，無論安排入住安排早餐還是解答各種諮詢，服務盡力又熱情，英文水平還很好。安保也總是開門且招呼。屋裡鋪床打掃和用品都很乾凈而且乾燥，靠邊房間敞亮，窗外風景優美，左邊美洲最高塔，右邊遠處著名雪山🏔️清晰可見。俯瞰安靜又不失活力的街道。離最高塔腳下的超級商場僅步行距離，對面星巴克下面就是超級市場，四周環繞着披薩，麥當勞肯德基或其他酒店餐廳。交通便利安全。早餐豐盛味道好。酸奶，奶酪球，獼猴桃，“甜麻花”，咖啡都是我的最愛。

Buen servicio y excelente habitación. El servicio de piscina tiene todo los elementos para descansar y disfrutar de un día relajado. El servicio de desayuno es excelente. El personal de servicio es eficiente y amable.

房間很有年代感，正如酒店説的他們的設計風格是老的風格，大廳很漂亮，這裏的早餐是這幾周住的酒店最好的但是價格卻最便宜，立即續房，喜歡這種風格

Prezados, bom dia. Fiz uma reserva, com check-in no dia 16 de outubro às 15:00 e check-out em 17 de outubro de 2022, pela agência TRIP.COM. Fiz a reserva que foi confirmada. Chegando no hotel deixei as malas no guarda-volumes do saguão comum e fui almoçar para esperar o horário de check-in às 15:00. Minutos antes das 15:00, retornei ao hotel, fiz o check-in e peguei o cartão de acesso ao quarto. Só entrei no quarto, vi que nada condizia com a publicidade e saí sem sequer abrir as malas. A piscina coberta, sauna e outras comodidades da área de lazer NÃO ESTAVAM FUNCIONANDO. Todo andar da área de lazer estava interditado, sem nenhuma das comodidades disponíveis, empoeirado e sem qualquer sinal de uso ou manutenção. Imediatamente desci e fui reclamar com a recepcionista que me prometeu que iria registrar a ocorrência junto à agência TRIP.COM. e nada fez. PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO NO HOTEL em relação aos problemas relatados. Solicitei que o incidente fosse registrado por escrito no próprio hotel e isso não também não foi feito. Fui obrigado a deixar o hotel às 15h:20m SEM USAR NENHUMA das comodidades. Não tive informação nem pela agência nem pelos atendentes do hotel (na chegada) que a piscina e as outras comodidades não estavam funcionando até constatar as condições do hotel, com todo andar interditado. O pagamento foi feito no cartão de crédito e mesmo sem usar nada do hotel (PUBLICIDADE ENGANOSA), não consegui o estorno da quantia. Solicitei o reembolso TOTAL do valor pago porque não usei nenhuma das comodidades do hotel, pois os serviços anunciados estavam indisponíveis. A TRIP.COM me respondeu genericamente dizendo que não conseguiu negociar com o hotel e que eu não seria reembolsado.

Excelente acomodação

Great location. Hotel used to be really good. Unfortunately, service and cleanliness have lost their way during the pandemic and never returned. The infrastructure is terribly outdated and poorly maintained. Breakfast is a sugar bomb without any healthy options, rather than meat, fat and ultra-processed food. A shame really, as it used to be really good. Staff is obviously according to the environment, and lost also their motivation I guess...

We had a wonderful stay here. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Supermarket and subway across the road were so convenient and lovely restaurants easily walkable in every direction. Comfy bed and decent shower made it even better. Thoroughly recommend staying here.
