Great location for what we need, only 3 min walk to University campus excellent. Only inconvenience the traffic noise early in the morning killed my sleep and wasn’t pleased with that. The windows can be of a better quality and soundproof to increase comfort.

Had a very enjoyable stay here. From a swift and welcoming arrival, excellent room with a very comfortable bed. Bar service and seating very relaxing and reasonably priced. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Would not hesitate to stay here again.I would definately recommend.

Great clean hotel. I got back early hours and wa slept in almost straight away so didn't have to keep ringing the bell.

Everything was really nice, place was clean and most of all the customer service was amazing!

Excellent hotel in ideal location close to the University. The rooms were of a good standard with all the necessary amenities. Cleanliness was excellent in all parts of the hotel, Staff were welcoming. Good choice of food at breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

It was okay. Sink leaked a lot as well as the shower. Shower made a horrible screeching noise non stop. The hotel room was quite warm and whenever you opened the window the noise from the street was quite loud too. Other than that it was fine.

Very clean, room cosy and spacious, friendly staff, honestly I can’t fault it. I checked out early so I didn’t have any breakfast but I had a lovely stay. I definitely recommend it and will be back!

Very bad, you need to prepay the room fee when booking, and you will be charged the room fee when you arrive. The prepaid room fee is not refunded after 2 months. Rubbish. A rip-off

It was a nice location.

The space, lighting, sanitation, and facilities of the room are relatively good. The bed is a little smaller. The worst thing is that the exhaust fan outside Room 405 is very loud, which seriously affects rest. The machine is turned off at 11 o'clock in the evening

Order number: ***********, when I book a hotel room, I must have free parking, but I received a parking ticket of £100, the hotel has nothing to do with them, the hotel asked us to pay the fee, the black shop is the black shop
