Hotel dekat Old Town, Prague

The hotel is located in the Old Town Square, facing the Astronomical Clock. The location is quite good. The internet-famous restaurant Terasa U Prince is on the top floor, and it is very convenient to make reservations. The room is very beautiful and comfortable, and the furniture is luxurious Baroque style. Because it is a duplex, the bedroom is upstairs, and it is not very convenient to go to the bathroom at night. In addition, we arrived at 11 o'clock in the evening, and the room assigned was the inner patio, so it was a bit regrettable that we could not see the astronomical clock.

It's the best accommodation I've ever stayed in during my trip to Europe. I like the hotel so much that I want to stay in Prague more. It's not a general hotel, but a local building, not old, very clean, and equipped with a coffee machine. There is also a safe. The location is very good, and the wifi is very fast. If you come to Prague, you will stay again.

Location is definitely fantastic, but everything else is an absolute miss. Overall, I would NOT recommend. 1) No AC unlike a hotel. There were 3 days with extreme heat and I was given a fan. You will sweat when you sleep. 2) SUPER NOISY. Even till 3,4am. You can’t sleep at all. 3) No room cleaning service even though my stay was 6 nights - they are supposed to clean the room once every 5 nights. 4) Trash cleaning not done on some days. 5) no humans - can’t find help if you need. 6) check in details only available a night before. If you are flying in super late and check in late, good luck with that + no humans to help you if you need any. 7) area is full of people lurking around, not safe for ladies. 8) will never stay here again.

Location of hotel is excellent. Short walk from Prague old town and quick access to the main tourist attractions of Prague. Hotel is easy to get to via public transport via metro and bus, this is cheap and takes about 45 minutes. The hotel itself is clean but is very dated. The shower cubicle did not close properly or the shower head stay fixed,

At first I thought it was a single room, but I didn’t expect it to be a bed in a quadruple room, but it was really spacious and the style was very classical. The facilities were not complete. I wanted to cook hot water without a teapot. I called the front desk and said that I had already got off work at 10 o’clock in the evening. I’ll talk about it tomorrow...

The consistent style of the four seasons is quite satisfactory, no big mistakes and no big joys. The service is also very good. Also received chocolates. There are almost no people in the spa pool, so I went to a private room. The only problem is that I forgot to put the do not disturb sign... and was interrupted many times: cleaning, checking the minibar, refilling the minibar, turning down the bed... a bit annoying... and many others. The doormen greeted each other warmly. It is useless to evaluate foreign hotels here. don't give me feedback either...

Great！Good location，it is very close to the city center and can easily walk there. The room is big and bright.

Our stay here was mixed at best. We loved the location and felt the beds were comfy but the other guests at the hostel were a bit inconsiderate when we stayed and there is an opportunity to improve service and amenities. We checked in late at the bar but the bartender was more keen on selling beer and we stood in line at the bar counter for about 10 minutes before he acknowledged us and while locals cut in the line in front of us. It took another 10 minutes for him to hand us the paperwork to check in. I was kind of disappointed because I filled in a pre check in before coming to Prague and the check in paperwork was asking for the details I had filled out online from their online check in sent over email. The bar is not a reception and it clearly says that in the communication sent but it would be nice to have the towels in our room so we could at least shower after a late check in. We booked a private room with two twin beds and it was nice enough. It was one of the cheapest options in the city we could do when staying in Prague for New Year's Eve. The room had a couple of chairs and a couple of tables/desks. The wifi was decent and there were a number of plugins throughout the room which was nice. The beds and pillows were comfy and heat is provided through a radiator. There was one quilt for each bed which was enough for me but my wife was very cold and it is chilly in December. There are extra blankets at reception but that was closed so my wife wore her warm clothes to bed and used my sweater as a blanket. I would suggest in the winter months or for guests with late check in that they provide blankets and towels in the room for guests. The toilets and bathrooms are shared. There were two toilets in our area labelled as room 1 and room 2 and it is unclear if the hostel had the intention that room 1 toilet be used by room 1 guests but both were left open and were mostly available during our stay. There was one shower on our floor and and it had a large towel warmer and some body wash/shampoo dispenser. We would recommend bringing your own bath products and some flip flops while staying here. The boys renting the other room came in around 2:30 am and were not respectful of the quiet hours set between 23:00-6:00. The walls and doors here are pretty thin within the flat and the noise comes through easily. They used both toilets, peed on the seats and left them unflushed on more than one occasion during our stay. I had to go out to use the toilet our first night and that's when they said ”I don't think we are alone” and went into their room to keep talking. They came back drunk and loud each night during our stay but not as loud as the first night at least. They also may not have realized (or didn't care) that the shower room was shared and left their towels, toiletries and even their underwear on the towel rack during our stay. This group really took away our enjoyment of this property during our stay but otherwise it is a decent hostel in a good location. At least this group kept the kitchen clean and washed their own dishes. There was a common area in our flat which had a kitchen and an exercise machine. The kitchen had a table with seating for four and enough cutlery and dishes to go around. It had a cooking stove/hob, fridge and kettle. They provide dish soap and cleaning cloths/sponges too. Reception is open between 8 am and 10 am so we got the extra blankets my wife needed and towels for showering. The staff at reception were helpful and efficient during our stay. The daily cleaning was nice and the cleaning lady was very thorough with the flooring in the common area which was appreciated. You can also borrow hair dryers from here if needed to. They do collect a deposit for items borrowed like the keys but they didn't collect a deposit for the towels or blankets despite signage saying that they do. The location of the hostel was fantastic. Great service and very conveniently located close to all the touristy locations. Very clean and all the bunk beds felt like they were their own rooms with the privacy curtains. Would definitely recommend to any solo traveler visiting Prague.

The hotel is located near the bus and train stations, making it easy to access all the popular tourist spots within walking distance. The reception is helpful, offering 24-hour service via WhatsApp. The staff was friendly and always available to assist with any questions or requests. We booked a double room, which was clean and well-maintained. The smart TV allowed us to connect our phones to watch dramas. The room size was adequate for two and we can open both our suitcases comfortably. Although we didn't opt for breakfast, there are several supermarkets and food options nearby, making it easy to find meals. All in all, we had a nice stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for convenience in their travels in Prague!
