酒店就在市中心，離回國核酸檢測點很近，步行衹要5分鐘。酒店房間很大，床也很大睡的很舒服；早餐種類有點少。

This hotel has for me the most comfortable beds in Prague. It is one of my favorite hotels but I have to say I was very disappointed by the check-in and check-out experience this time around - arrived late at 10:30pm and had to wait 10 minutes for someone to show up at the reception and the same thing happened in the morning when I had to leave for a meeting with my client and nobody was there for my checkout. This for a 4star hotel like this is not OK from my perspective. Someone always has to be at reception or just leave a number there or something. I love this hotel but please fix the check-in/out experience, it was not up to your standards.

Recently recently had an amazing lunch at this chic establishment in Carline well worth the visit. Food was fantastic atmosphere was great and Honza the breakfast kid was fantastic. I would repeat this anytime. The environment was first class the whole way.

I think: Outstanding front desk person and easy check in. Beautiful room. Pretty view of some snowy rooftops and church tops. Very nice step out balcony. Breakfast food was great. Thanks!

* My room on the top floor had windows in the angled roof. Which meant that one had to be at least 1.80m to open/close (I'm 183, phew!) and no real view. * I asked and got a room with both a double bed and a bath-tub (which is very nice when in Prague, I walk a lot during the day) * I counted 4 large mirrors in the room, 2 full length in front of the bed. I'm not a big fan of seeing my middle aged everywhere when I walk around in my underwear. * The breakfast was tasty, but very limited in selection, only one egg dish (scrambled eggs) * Comfy bed with proper duvet. * I like the location a lot, lots of great places to eat in the neighbourhood. A tip: When walking/cycling to Charles Bridge, find the direction down to and follow the river. Much nicer than walking in the middle of the town.

The horel staff were very helpful and friendly.
There was a leak in the room below and they had to access it from the bathroom in my room. They more than made up for the inconvenience, moved me to a better room, offered me additional perks etc. This is a great hotel, very comfortable and is close to everything. Stay here, you will love it!

Would definitely go back to this hotel. It is very nice and upscale. Breakfast was very flavorful. VIP access was not offered to us. The upgrade was not offered either.

This beautiful hotel is located in a quiet area just outside the old town. The room we had was very nice and spacious.
The stuff was very friendly and helpful.
I'll defiantly recommend staying here.

We couldn't have chosen for a better hotel for our weekend in Prague. The area is quiet and still central. The hotel is beautiful with spacious, modern rooms. The stuff was friendly and eager to help. Highly recommended.
