Ulasan Wenceslas Square Hotel - Czech Leading Hotels

Horrible experience at Wenceslas Square Hotel. Checked in and was given a room filled with cigarette smell though the hotel had a non-smoking policy. First room had a window which was filled with cigarette ash and we moved to a second room and it was without a window. Moreover, the air conditioned was spoilt as well with the room also smelling of cigarettes. Mentioned to the hotel that as we had asthma and had difficulty breathing, we checked out within 2-3hours and requested a refund, but they only refunded 2/3 nights, with the manager refusing to refund the first night. Do not book this hotel unless you want rooms with cigarette smell and especially for those with asthma, please find another hotel somewhere else.

Yo no diría que es un cuatro estrellas, pudimos disfrutar de dos habitaciones total mente distintas ya que éramos un grupo y no tenía nada que ver una con la otra . La verdad es que no se cómo valorarlo pero lo único que puedo decir es que me imaginaba otra cosa y me sorprendió bastante.

В гостиницу заехали с пятницы по понедельник на пасху. Были запланированы совсем другие аппартамены в Праге ,но по какой то причине нам сообщили что мы не сможем ими воспользоваться и предложили найти что нибудь самим и нам сделаютДРУГУЮ бронь. Т.к. это праздники цены вырасли. Прочитав такие замечательные отзывы! Мы повелись на это Бла-Бла...Но когда приехали и увидели что нам предложили -за такие Неадекватные деньги,я была просто в шоке. В данной поездке это была уже 3я гостиница !. Номер под крышей ,размер номера вместе с санузлом не более 10м и к тому же со скошенной крышей. Номер 63! Это ужас ! Мы сразу после такого культурного шока (обшарпанная мебель 70х,)пошли менять номер. Но как говорится поменяли шило, на мыло. Номер 53 оказался чуть больше ,на другую сторону-на очень активную дорогу,(круглые сутки). С окном у пола не больше 40см и на потолке. Т.е Вида вообще никакого нет от слова СОВСЕМ! Из за такого размещения настроение оказалось отвратительным. Нам сказали что номеров больше нет вообще! Кстати ни один из этих номеров не показан на фото гостиницы. Вся проблема началась ночью. Стены наверное картонные-слышимось ужасная! Всё что делается в туалете,о чем говорят с двух сторон и как ходят у тебя над головой.... Просто Фантастика! Вся сантехника с трещинами -туалет/умывальник/кафель.... Кто проходит по коридору и что орет ночью+шум с дороги!Просто "супер" ! Гостиница -на минуточку- 4звезды. Завтрак у нас не входил в стоимость. Уходили рано утром,Возвращались в 10 вечера. Уборка днем отсутствует!(пришлошь зайти в номер около 15-ничего не было убрано). У нас была очень большая программа. Приходили только ночевать. Подушка очень толстая и большая и мягкий матрац-ты в него проваливаешься. В этой гостинице просто всем гостям надо выдавать беруши сразу! Из плюсов- *общительный персонал-всё расскажут . *Местоположение *бонусная карточка(со скидками) *приветственный напиток на террассе с замечательным видом и отличным барменом!

오래되서 아무래도 청결이나 그런건 완벽하게 깨끗하지는 않고 창문도 아주작은 하나여서 아쉬웠습니다. 그러나 가격대비 위치가 훌륭하고 조식도 좋았습니다.

-Parkmöglichkeiten vom Hotel nicht vorhanden. -Zufahrt zum Hotel ist total eng, da auch noch Fahrzeuge parken. Also vorsichtig sein. -Rezeption konnte nur wenig Deutsch -Zimmer Fenster konnte man nicht öffnen. -Krach die ganze Nacht da genau an einer sehr stark befahren Straße. -Klimaanlage stand im Zimmer deshalb sehr laut. -Fernseher ging auch nicht,Kabel falsch angeschlossen. -WALAN funktionierte reibungslos -Badamatur Aufhängung locker. -Bad dreckig -Matraze gut -Ausstattung unmodern -Nach Rücksprache mit Rezeption,gab es dann jedoch auch eine Parkmöglichkeit im Nebenhaus. Jedoch nur gegen 20,00 Euro Cash und ist nur für kleine Fahrzeuge geeignet, da die Hofdurchfahrt nicht geeignet ist. Im Gebäude ist noch unten eine Gaststätte, Essen war jedoch gut. Außen Bereich jedoch lässt zu wünschen übrig. Es war das Zimmer 56 Fazit: ist das Geld nicht wert

Very good hotel, beautiful, nice and clean. Alexej had welcomed us at the check-in, which has gone very clear and fast. Our double room was beautiful, clean and light. Breakfast were delicious and all the staff were helpful and extremely friendly.

We thank the hotel staff for hospitality and comfortable stay. The room is clean, cozy, comfortable, has everything you need. The hotel staff quickly responds to all requests. The hotel is very well located, everything is within walking distance

Quick check in, unobtrusive, quality service. The room is cozy, has everything you need. Near the hotel there is a place to eat. Again, the metro is not far away. Also very pleased with the breakfast (buffet style). I recommend this place.♥️

The Wenceslas Square Hotel made an exceptionally positive impression on me. Its location is just perfect – right in the city center, which allows easy access to the main attractions of Prague. The rooms are spacious, clean and cozy, with modern design and all necessary amenities. I would especially like to mention the friendly and helpful staff who are always ready to help and answer any questions. The breakfasts at the hotel are also commendable – varied and delicious dishes that will satisfy the tastes of any guest.

The worst experience ever and humiliated us! We booked a quadruple room for four people and a baby, they provided us four single bed in a very poor condition with a door broken and no air condition. Our booking's description is totally different! We asked for changing, the reception gave another room key unwilling. The other room's setting is not for four people and with missing blanket and pillow as well as towel set ! After asked reception again, he asked my family to carry the blanket and pillow from the previous room. How a self "service" with this high cost price! We arrived in late evening flight and had to suffer with such terrible service and stay. Never again!

I am incredibly happy that I chose this hotel. 1. Convenient location easy to get to anywhere in Prague all the famous places nearby . 2. A delicious breakfast that surprised me in the morning. 3. Friendly staff, all our wishes and questions were answered with pleasure. (Peter) Will definitely come back here again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, with convenient access to local attractions. The facilities are top-notch, offering everything one could need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. A special mention to Peter, who was incredibly helpful and made our experience even better. Highly recommend!
