Manajemen memang bersembunyi di balik karyawan. Meskipun sudah berkali-kali mencoba menghubungi mereka untuk membicarakan masa inap, mereka tidak mau bicara dengan tamu. Sangat tidak profesional. Praha punya hotel yang lebih bagus dengan tingkat keramahtamahan yang lebih tinggi.

Kecil. Belum lagi biaya parkir, Anda harus berjalan beberapa jalan ke bandara Hilton untuk parkir. Ini 720 malam... Sarapannya tidak banyak, jadi sebaiknya tidak dimakan toko sarapan di sebelahnya. Lokasinya biasa-biasa saja. Ada dua supermarket dengan makanan enak. Murah. Selain biaya kamar, Anda harus membayar hampir 500 yuan. Pengalamannya rata-rata.

Very nice hotel and modern rooms. Very clean and the the staff was very friendly. Good breakfast as well, felt welcome.

It was a last minute booking and I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and well designed interior. The front desk offered early check in if I was ok with a smaller room, but I was planning to head out right away and declined. They allowed me to put my luggage at the front while i went out first. The rooms were beautifully designed and very comfortable. There was even a patio with chairs and table to enjoy the fresh air (it was snowing so unfortunately I didn’t make use of it.) There were lovely toiletries provided and overall, one of the best nights rest I’ve had on my trip. 10/10 would book this over other hotels in the city. Has a tram and bus line directly to the centre in front of the hotel and the metro just 7 mins walk away (with luggage and snow- a tad slower though.)

The hotel is conveniently located next to the central bus station, making it easy to travel to other cities by bus. However, accessing the central districts can be less convenient. There is a shopping mall nearby, and the staff are friendly. That said, the gym is smaller than I had anticipated.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel for 2nights. The cleanliness was very impressive, and the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a relaxing experience. The amenities in the fridge were topnotch, with a nice selection of beer, Coca-Cola, and snacks provided, which was a thoughtful touch. The only drawback was that the TV did not have YouTube or Netflix, which would have enhanced the entertainment options. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would recommend it for anyone looking for a clean, quite room & comfortable hotel with good in-room amenities.

The room was very comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere after long days of exploring. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The location is fantastic—it’s conveniently close to public transport and within walking distance of the Old Town attractions. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any friends visiting Prague!

Nice very clean hotel but small room and no room service. Location pretty good near to a lot of restaurants and the palladium mall.

All was good. The drunk naked guy started to hit the door on our floor at 8 am. But that’s ok😅

I drove to Prague so, their underground parking was helpful. Hard to find parking otherwise. Location is good, really centralized. You’re surrounded by all the attractions you’d want to see in Prague.

Nearby the bus and tram station. It was a little bit small room.
