Hotel Family-friendly Prague

I can probably say that overall stay in the hotel was good except the last night that ruined our feeling a bit. Location was great. Around 20mins walk to the main train station, close to most of old town touristic place, all walkable distance. The receptionist was welcoming and the hotel was clean. I booked the hotel specifically for the beer spa and the lady there explained things thoroughly so the start of the trip was great. On the 2nd day after a long & tired day, we got back to the hotel for the beer spa we booked. When we got to our room, the toilet was making a noise and it didn’t flush. We called the reception straight away as our beer spa starts in like 15mins. The gentleman came up to check and said that it is not possible to fix. We were rushing as we have to go down and of course we have to use toilet so there’s no negotiation except changing the room. The noise of water running was unbearable so we wouldn’t even be able to sleep anyways. We got a call offering to change the room but it was smaller. Quite small i have to say. They mentioned there’s no other room available, 100% booked. We are really unhappy about this but didn’t really have a choice. (What can we do when they say it is all booked and no other room available and our spa booking is coming up.) We just agreed on changing.. It kinda end our trip unhappily hence the lower rate on the service part. I am sure I would have given 4 on the service if this didn’t happen.

Nice very clean hotel but small room and no room service. Location pretty good near to a lot of restaurants and the palladium mall.

The room is very clean, the hotel service is very good, and it is very close to Prague Old Town Square. It is suitable for traveling and living, and it is a good experience.

We stayed in one of the executive suites and it was lovely. The hotel is conveniently located to see all sights and to add to that it is directly above the tube station, so perfect if you are catching public transport to or from the airport. (If using public transport, don’t forget to validate your ticket or you could get fined). Breakfast in my opinion is very good, plenty of choice and the reception staff I found to be very pleasant and most helpful. All in all a very good hotel and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great hotel. The staff is very helpful. Rooms are very clean. Breakfast and the food in general at the restaurant is absolutely fantastic. Hotel is located near the centre of the New town, and near Katerinska Metro Station. Generally in Prague you can walk anywhere from the hotel, but if your tired you can buy easily a Metro ticket for 30 mins, and you can easily buy it online from the PID Litacka application for just 30 CZK.

The location of the hotel is very good. All attractions in the old city are within a ten-minute walk. The service staff are also very good. The whole building is very old and the rooms have a sense of age. The breakfast is not bad, and the own bar is also very stylish. There are two problems. One is that I booked an executive room but was assigned to a corner room with no view at all. When I open the window, I can see dirty pipe walls... The other is that the hotel is really too old.

The room is simple, clean and hygienic. The only thing that dissatisfied me was that the cleaning staff came into the room without knocking. When he saw me in the room, he didn't say anything and just left. The counter staff are friendly. During this period, I had to borrow a conference room. The manager also arranged to provide drinks and juices, all free of charge.

The location is perfect , near metro and also near many restaurants, cafe , the mall and mini mart. Near many attractions. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Lots of choices for breakfast. I would definitely come back to this hotel. Much recommend!!

This hotel is on the edge of the old town, walking to the Old Town Square for 10 minutes, very close to their commercial plaza, so the location is OK. The old house is newly renovated, with central air conditioning, large rooms, new equipment, large beds, equipment for drying clothes, water heaters, personal satisfaction, bus tickets can be bought in the hotel.

The hotel is great! the only location is far from the center and silence, but trams run to the center almost every minute and at night, to Wenceslas Square for 20 minutes without problems, the stop is right next to the hotel. Cleanliness is just perfect, cleaned every day, everything is snow-white and shiny. The hotel building is old, but after renovation and everything is at the highest level, the interior is beautiful and new. Breakfast is great. We had an improved breakfast room, but on the second day a pipe broke in the room and we were immediately transferred to a family suite, even better, they apologized, they gave us a bottle of champagne and dinner at the hotel’s expense. Well done! If such a hotel was closer to the center of Prague, it would be several times more expensive. For the money, just the perfect hotel. I want to thank the staff and the hotel management for the provided comfort and cleanliness, the main thing is to maintain such a bar. We hope to come back here)
