駅から近く、観光にも便利な立地です。室内も綺麗でゆったりしていました。フロントの方も丁寧な対応でした。

地理位置好，波爾圖的主要世界文化遺產景點都在步行範圍內，停車方便就在酒店背後，到酒店後繼續前行500米就能看見P，把車停在這個地下三層的停車場，每天酒店結賬15元。早餐酒店18元，出酒店右轉50米，有一個早7點開始營業的餐廳，早餐食品豐富，價格低，品質好。

I recently stayed at Eurostars Porto Centro, and I regret to inform that my experience was deeply disappointing, especially due to the lack of heating in the midst of winter. Despite repeated requests for assistance, the issue was met with a series of excuses and no resolution was provided throughout my stay. This lack of basic amenities not only compromised my comfort but also raised concerns about the adherence to standards that are legally mandated in Canada, where functional heating is not a luxury but a basic requirement during the cold season. Such oversight and neglect are totally unacceptable and reflect poorly on the management's commitment to guest welfare. I strongly advise potential guests to consider these serious shortcomings before booking a stay at Eurostars Porto Centro.

Excellent hotel, kind and helpful staff. Walkable to most places of interest in Porto and to the subway station. Heaps of restaurants and shopping options around the hotel. Great value for money with spacious and clean room.

Hotel is in a central location and walkable to the train station, shopping/stores, restaurants, etc. Hotel is clean, the room is big and with balcony, breakfast is good. Hotel staff are very nice and friendly. The soap in the bathroom is nice - pomegranate scent. If we visit Porto again will definitely stay here again!

Friendly staff and easy check in. I was 1 hr early for my check-in. Not only they had the room ready for me, but they also offered drinks and snacks delivered to my room. It was so nice of them.

Just had a lovely 5 night stay at this hotel. Lovel staff and rooms. Very convenient for both transport and exploring the city. Great breakfast

I'll be honest with the price I thought I'd booked a hostel, so a lovely 4 star hotel was a pleasant surprise. Really good central location

Mgr, Andrea and Staffs Pedro, and Francisca were Wonderful! Very Helpful and Accommodating of our needs. Breakfast was good, Daniel was kind, and fast. All Staffs we encountered were Very Friendly, and helpful. Maintenance Man replaced the Refrigerator in minutes of request. I would rate this Hotel EXCEPTIONAL! Location-EXCELENT! ROOMS WERE LARGE and presented as 5 Star! Will definitely recommend this Hotel and use it again in the future. Everywhere is WALKABLE! THANK YOU, Eurostars Porto Centro! You're Amazing!
