I didn’t know about the hotel but going into the web , I decided to make my booking and it satisfied my expectation and my wife’s too. I didn’t know that by booking directly thru the hotel’s web , there is a promotion. Next time I’ll do it that way.

Clean and safe hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. Lighting in the bathroom was too dark - difficult to shave and hard to shower. Room had no overhead light and was also dark. Our room faced the street which was fairly busy and noisy. Had to keep curtains closed during the day for privacy because clients at the hotel across the street could see into our room. Breakfast was way too expensive for what was offered. Very little choice - jam options poor, coffee poor. Only the sliced cheese was tasty.

A little bit far from downtown streets but in walking distance to major places. Close to 2 major metro stations. Quiet and clean. Room is not spacious but everything is ok. No refrigerater.

Quite comfortable room and the location is great (easy to access to the airport) I will recommend my friend to stay here although no slipper, no toothbrush can be provided This is a eco friendly hotel

The hotel is located next to the TRINDADE metro station which leads to the airport and which connects the différents metro lines which is very practical. The staff is of high quality and very welcoming and friendly. I have already stayed in this hotel in 2020. The room is very clean and well appointed. I recommend this hotel

Pretty clean, a little bit out of the way from the front main city centre but it is easily accessible via tram which is 5 mins walking from the hotel. Friendly staff. Good price point for what it is!

It was the first time... I recommend! The only detail... is the lack of parking, but I managed to sort it out!

Go out to visit also sent a handwritten map, and to help me book the show tickets and cars, the model is very comfortable and enjoy the whole journey, too intimate! Really good, really checked in the left and right guests let people feel that other hotels do not feel very down-to-earth! There's fruit at night. It's so sweet. I'll stay in a hotel like this more often.

Really clean and modern hotel, great bathroom and the check in staff were very helpful. Great location about 15 min walk from the main street and half hour walk from Campinha station.
