Ulasan Hotel Universal

Luggage unfriendly because there is a long staircase. Also the room is not the same as the photos in trip.com. However, the room cleaning service is very good.

Excellent location in the center of the city, near train and metro station, no drinking water, soap and shampoo inside the room, bring your own amenities, the weak point is the hotel reception is on the first floor and no elevator from ground floor to first floor (but between floor inside hotel, the elevator is available).

Hotel with a great location.., but very simple. Good breakfast.., small room.., but functional. Small double bed..! It has a giant staircase to access the front desk. It’s a place for sleeping and breakfast only.

Hôtel parfaitement situé dans Porto, proche des commodités et des lieux à visiter. Le gros bémol c'est l'insonorisation des chambres, nous entendons tout ce qu'il se passe dans l'hôtel. N'allez pas dans cet hôtel si vous souhaitez faire de bonnes nuits de sommeil. La propreté et les équipements sont top. Et rien à dire sur le petit déjeuner à 5€ !
