The hotel is quite far from the city centre. But the hotel quite clean! Good air-conditioning.

Gostei muito do hotel! Funcionários simpáticos, quarto pequeno mas limpo. Casa de banho ideal também. Para mim a localização é perfeita, pois está longe da zona onde está concentrada a maioria das pessoas mas ao mesmo tempo consegue ser perto e prático. 30 minutos de caminhada da estação São Bento até lá se caminhar bem devagar. Com certeza irei voltar outras vezes

Hotel muy básico pero bueno, estaba limpio y la verdad tuvimos una muy buena estadía. La cama estaba bien, el servicio era bueno y la habitación que nos tocó incluso era mejor que lo que nos esperábamos por las fotos.

Proche métro Personnel très accueillant Petit déjeuner correct Dommage que l'insonorisation soit inexistante. Bruit de climatisation Impossible de dormir si les voisins l'allume.

Habitación amplia con cuarto de baño grande. La ducha con presión de agua mejorable. Las instalaciones sencillas, pero correctas. Desayuno sin lujos. La situación del hotel está a 20 minutos del centro caminando, y a 5 minutos del metro ( Estación Marqués). Varios restaurantes alrededor.

Everyone was very kind. The location was five star. Breakfast was free and plentiful.

Unlike today’s newer hotels, the room & bathroom were much larger….a very nice change. This was a great hotel, an easy 15-20 minute walk to subway) trains are only minutes away. Can’t say enough good things about the staff. I enjoyed my stay there. And I have to make an amendment to an earlier review when I referred to a woman at the front desk as Isabella. Her name is actually Annabella(hope I got the spelling correct). Thanks for all the great chats, Anabella.

It’s a family owned hotel & their attention to detail & providing good service to their guests is evident. Unlike many of the newer, more modern hotels, the rooms are spacious & very comfortable. The biggest appeal to me is that the hotel isn’t located in the heart of the tourist area.
