Nice hotel and we liked it

The overall experience is very good. The environment, the food and the staff are nice except for kit, e.g. toothbrush is out of stock.

Hôtel pas vraiment à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles… service très moyen… nourriture très moyenne, plats trop répétitifs et très peu de choix… dommage parce que l’hôtel est bien. Des efforts sont à faire sur l’accueil et le service…

樂敍房緊張，被酒店調到河對岸的五星級酒店，贊👍，早餐豐富，升級為套房，酒店位置好，在藍便士紀念館隔壁，周邊商業配套。好。洗漱用品寶格麗👍👍👍

 Cadre très agréable, propreté des chambres, personnel aux soins.

除了離港口近沒有優點，晚上還會有爬梯夜裡兩三點都沒法睡覺，強烈不建議選擇

房間很乾凈，周圍環境也很好，衹是前台服務比較慢。

호텔 시설은 좋았지만 배드버그가 있었습다. 방을 바꾸어 주었만 원래 예약했던 투베드룸보다 작은 방을 주었으며, 투베드룸으로 다시 바꾸어 주겠다고 이야기 했지만 다시 바꾸어주지 않았습니다. 호텔측으로 부터 아무런 사과도 받지 못하였으며, 어디서 벌레가 들어온건지 모르겠다는 말만 들었습니다. There was a bedbug in the room. Hotel directly change the room but it was smaller than I booked. We didn't have any apologies from the hotel.
