Ulasan Raia Beach Resort Port Dickson

Banyak lagi kena improved dari segi servis. Check in lambat, kena beratur..breakfast takde rasa kata my sis & dad, can't even finish it..i telan je..harga tak berbaloi pricey..tak friendly warga emas,.perempuan pengandung..kena check balik bilik kt ground floor atau first floor. first floor tangga dia tinggi. sbb kitorang bawa ayah masa first booking ingatkan kt bawah sbb family room nasib baik call confirmationkan, so terpaksa upgrade utk dapat bilik kt bawah kena tambah duit lagi. staff cakap blh parking dpn bilik tapi masa hari kejadian parking full sbb parking kt dlm limited hermm padahal kitorang upgrade utk mudahkan ayah.a bit disappointed about that.dari segi facilities semua still baru & comfy sbb hotel masih baru..

Hotel bersih dan selesa...dekat dengan Pantai Teluk Kemang, saya akan kembali lagi kesini nanti 😁👍

Kawasan persekitaran bersih, bilik bersih , wangi dan teratur . Untuk breakfast buffet tak banyak pilihan makanan mungkin sebab checkin pada hari biasa tapi makanan okay sedap .

Anak2 suka duduk dkt sini.. bersih cantik.. dekat dgn beach.. nanti akan ada mini water park.. n include breakfast.. selesa

Toom is very comfortable and the hotel is very cozy. Like the access from room to go out thru the balcony (on ground floor). Got private access to the beach. Swimming is not ready yet tho

Good location. Friendly staff. Waiting time for the rooms to be ready 40-60mins. But got welcome drink and cozy waiting lobby. Breakfast buffet so-so not many option, no pastry. Half boiled egg tak basuh ke? Nampak kotoran najis ayam pada luar kulit telur. Maaf, gambar tak ambil.

Very good & kind staff, with an excellent service. Hope can maintain that. Breakfast also good,align with price!Easy access to a lot of hots places in PD.

This new hotel. All furniture is quite new and very clean. Near to teluk kemang beach. Some improvement on the service is their still don't have enough staff. The check in suppose at 3pm, but the room still not ready and the room only ready at 4pm. Breakfast in the morning at start at 9am, most of the food and drink already finish. Need to wait another 10minutes for food to be topup.

Very strategic location. Walking distance to nearby eatery places. Nice landscape. Sea water is clean & nice view.

The hotel location was nice but service can be better but decent

First time staying at this resort. Room is clean & bright. Ample parking space with guards. Breakfast is surprisingly delightful with crispy fried chicken & a reasonable number of choices. Beach is accessible by the back door which is secured by the room access card. Swimming pool isn't available as the hotel is still undergoing upgrading works. All in all, we do have a pleasant stay here.

Raia beach resort offer very good location and amenities. However the check in process is slow. We reach at about 2.30 pm but can only check in 3.20 pm. Cleanliness can be improve especially in the toilet and balcony. Breakfast is good with variety of foods.
