There were a few concerns within the first 2 days and then we received a survey to assess our satisfaction. We were contacted by the Guest Relations Rep, Daniele, and discussed our issues. Within 24 hours, our experience turned into a 5 star experience from service in all areas of the resort: restaurant, spa, animation and reception desk. We really enjoyed our stay as a couple. We stayed between 13- 20 April after Easter break. There were families with little children but overall the resort was very chill and not crowded. We got lucky with a great room with no issues and the location facing the mountains/pool was ideal. Want to give praise to all the Zafiro employees who take pride in their jobs and obviously enjoy working there.
