Gonçalo and Ana were incredibly helpful and kind. I had to move luggage over early and was unsure when I could check-in properly as I was waiting for my partner to be discharged from the local hospital. They got my room ready early, moved my luggage upstairs for me while I was out. Lovely rooms, incredible breakfast spread, really nice space. Would stay here again!

Great hospitality. Only problem was finding a place on the street close to hotel. But, free public parking is available within 10 minutes of walking.

The accommodation is very comfortable, beautiful and pleasant. It is cheap for the service provided. And is really near from de center of the city. The owner is very nice and he offers you very good quality information about what to see in the Azores.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the Holy Cow Hostel. “ Holy Cow” is very appropriate to describe this place. We have been travelling in numerous places in Portugal and by far this is our favourite accommodations. First time staying in a Hostel and will not be our last. Goncallo is an excellent host and always available to provide help and guidance. Staff is also friendly as well. I cannot say enough nice things about this place . “ Holy Cow”……. This was such a beautiful hostel. Everything was so clean, nicely decorated, and perfectly organized. There were such nice little touches all over the hostel. Breakfast was always lovely. Goncalo was a wonderful host who was always available for tips on what to do on the island. The hostel was just on the edge of the historic city center - very walkable - and it made for nice quiet nights.

C'est l'hôtel le moins cher que nous avons fait du séjour, et pourtant celui que nous avons préféré. Les chambres sont propres et calmes, le propriétaire est vraiment top, il prend le temps de discuter avec tout le monde et de donner pleins de conseils.

Questo ostello con camerate e camere private con bagno in camera è veramente il top! La posizione è vicino al centro, il parcheggio è un po' difficile, a volte, ma questo è l'unico punto a sfavore, se così si può considerare perché poi non abbiamo davvero mai avuto problemi a fare qualche metro in più. Ambienti e camere arredate con gusto, wifi, aria condizionata, colazione inclusa e possibilità di mettere il proprio cibo in frigo e cucinare. Gonçalo è un padrone di casa fantastico: simpatico, sempre disponibile a dare consigli e aiuto. Ci siamo proprio sentiti a casa! Prezzi assolutamente abbordabili considerata la qualità della sistemazione. Grazie!

Die Gastgeber kontaktierten uns frühzeitig, um das Check-in zu organisieren. Wie vereinbart wurden wir um Mitternacht freundlich erwartet. Zimmer sauber und in gutem Zustand, etwas klein.

Nous avons passé un super séjour ! Propreté impeccable, décoration simple et jolie, petit déjeuner délicieux :)
Nos hôtes étaient très gentils et serviables. Gonzalo a la main sur le coeur, un rayon de soleil dès le matin. Il a toujours été là pour nous conseiller de superbe endroits lors de notre séjour.
