The first room I was given was not clean abd/or still occupied. The laundry facilities weren't available. Office personnel not available at front desk at times.

Terrible very noisy had to Leave in the middle of my stay. They didn’t want to move me or nothing. Wish I can give 0 stars couldn’t even get a refund

The where rude and dirty

The room was dirty. There was an old open bandaid on the bathroom floor. The sheets were covered with hair. I walked to the front desk tell them the room was dirty. I told them about the sheets and giving me new sheets was there response. I had to change them myself! When checking in they asked to see my ID. They also wanted the ID of the second person staying with me. My minor child did not have her ID and the receptionist gave me attitude. The area around the hotel was so sketchy. I was there with my teenage daughter and we both didn't feel safe. I immediately locked the door and didn't come out until me left.

Need to do a better job cleaning rooms and washing linens. Also need to fix washers and dryers that are supposed to be available to guests.

Clean

Did the job of providing beds and place to rest. However there were roaches in the bathroom, primarily under the toilet seat and tub. They were also coming out of the main light above a charging port in between the beds.

Lots of noise all night

Front desk customer service was good. I checked into an accessible room with my disabled mom but the room was not accessible, only barely the restroom. The room was not because I was unable to maneuver her wheelchair in between the beds smh. The “accessible” bathroom open outwards causing the 2nd bed to stop it from opening all the way. It was disappointing because we stayed in an accessible room that was not really accommodating so it was a huge inconvenience. I found a small spider climbing on the walls and the only reason I didn’t ask to change rooms was because I had already took my Mom a shower for the evening. While showering the entire bathroom floor got wet causing the entire front half of the room to flood. We asked for towels to clean up the flooded floors and had to send my children back twice. Of course our luggage got wet from the flood. Me and my family enjoy our stays at Motel 6 but this was the most disappointing stay. Front desk customer service was ok, but everything else in the room was completely unsatisfactory.

Cheap, clean and all you need

It had no refrigerator or microwave on the property, mold around the tubes and no water pressure. Hated to have to go off property to heat your food and use the sink to keep things cold. Only good for a one night stay

Lousy shower TV didn’t work very well

Ouiet neighborhood
