The staff are friendly . Very good buffet breakfast. Staff helpful to get us taxi to and from train stain Palomba-Roma station. We will still come back here. Highly recommendable. Very clean place. Rating 10

To be a four-star hotel we expected something better, especially in terms of customer service and breakfast. In general, however, the experience was positive.

Greeted at the reception with distinguished professionalism, I was assigned the room. Well furnished and very functional double room. The importance of the restaurant is also vital. Very large parking lot. Average quality/price ratio.

Welcoming hotel from all points of view. We spent a weekend with small children using a quadruple room, really large and very clean rooms. The staff were all very kind, they also recommended places to visit and restaurants to eat. We will be back!

I have way too much to say about this hotel, I can't help but share. I always like to point out those who work well and put customer satisfaction at the top of their minds, but here they have outdone themselves. I arrived by chance, fleeing from a dilapidated and windowless Airbnb (sic!); after a very long day at the seaside, I found a place in this hotel, the industrial center of Pomezia, Google maps said. Oh well, no sea view, never mind, let's go. The hotel itself has a typical 80s - 90s charm, no frills and no minimalism, a classic large hotel, more for people like conference goers than for holidaymakers, I thought. Nothing could be more wrong: first of all, perfect cleanliness of the rooms, no smell of dust - those who are allergic know what I'm talking about - and elegant and pleasant simplicity everywhere. Room: giant, spacious, with window and small balcony, large bathroom with tub and window. Excellent soundproofing, bookcase in the room with some volumes, I repeat zero dust. And so far. But the surprises all came later: after crawling into a bed with very fresh and soft sheets, I enjoyed the perfect air conditioning - it was August 22nd, very hot outside. In the morning: never slept better in my life! Shoulders, neck, back, all rested and stretched, I can't explain the extreme well-being, but I'll just tell you that I asked at reception where I could find such a soft mattress and pillows! It doesn't always happen that you wake up perfectly rested and refreshed, without pain or stiffness; still surprised, we went down to the breakfast room and found ourselves in front of an infinite table full of desserts - donuts, tarts, biscuits - yogurt, honey, jams, butter, eggs, juices, cheeses, bread and every other possible delight, including fruit fresh and hot drinks on request or from the machine in the room. Truly everything excellent. To make a long story short, from then on if I go to the seaside the idea is always to stay at least one night, to complete the perfect well-being of the mini holiday. Special mention to the people who work there, smiling and patient as they should be but it certainly isn't a given, right? Thank you all, see you soon!

Does not deserve a 4 star hotel, very remote in the middle of an industrial zone, when it comes to a very mediocre breakfast! Plastic cover!! No fruit, no hot dishes, very ugly room. As for the room, it’s an old, very high bathtub! If your room is located after 4:30 a.m. you don't need a pack of dogs alarm clock that will wake you up
