The staff are friendly . Very good buffet breakfast. Staff helpful to get us taxi to and from train stain Palomba-Roma station. We will still come back here. Highly recommendable. Very clean place. Rating 10

I was disappointed. No way this is a 4-star hotel, very old, outdated facility, and not clean. Worst is the heavy smoke smell in the room. I complained this to the front desk but was told all rooms are like this, but the hotel is advertised as a non-smoking property. This is unacceptable.
Luckily the Wi-Fi didn’t work that day so the front desk transferred us to another property in the area. Still out-dated but we wouldn’t suffocate.
The bright side is all the staff. Very warm and caring. We had to leave really early in the morning, before the start of breakfast, to catch our flight. The staff offered to make coffee for us. That was very sweet.

Although we only booked a double bed, the room came with additional bedding. The soaking tub was large and there was a restaurant next to to the hotel which was very helpful after a long flight!

Accolto alla reception con distinta professionalità, mi viene assegnata la camera. Camera matrimoniale ben arredata e molto funzionale. Vitale anche l'importanza del ristorante. Ampissimo parcheggio. Rapporto qualità prezzo nella media.
