Hotel best dan bersih.....sesiapa pencinta buffet breakfast inilah tempatnye...bnyk pilihan mknn dan sangat sdp....saya beri no 1 antara buffet breakfast yg sdp...no 2 hyatt regency kuantan...no 3 doubletree ict shah alam

Berbaloi dengan harga, sarapan yang menyelerakan & lokasi di pusat bandar. Datang ke bandar ini dengan urusan kerja. Bilik hotel ini selesa juga bersih, parking kereta disediakan, Wifi percuma &  berhampiran kedai makan

Walaupun bangunan itu, bangunan sudah lama. Namun, hotel RENAISSACE sudah ubah bangunan ini menjadi cantik. Kolam renang ada bahagian kanak² dan dewasa. Makanan semua sedap², servies cepat.

we had a wonderful stay at Renaissance Johor Bahru. it's a five star hotel with great amenities. the room is big and spacious. we had a view of the city and Singapore as well. the breakfast spread was great. it's like a lunch buffet because there was nasi minyak and ayam merah. the check in was fast and smooth. recommended hotel to stay...

Location is a bit far from major shopping malls and traffic is often heavy due to a single bridge crossing. However there are many eateries and shops around, with an interesting night market on Sunday evenings. Also short drive to a great Seafood restaurant, Senibong Bay. Room is big and comfortable with working air-conditioning and water pressure. However the air-con can get a bit loud at high speed. Recommended to adjust it to low or medium speed. The TV channels are very lacking, with mostly local channels and no movie channels. Be prepared to bring your own entertainments. Gym is just normal without any view and has a small sauna in the washrooms. Buffet breakfast selections are good.

Our family had a wonderful stay here. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Service: The service was excellent. The receptionist was friendly and polite. I appreciated that they lent me the adaptor since I didn't wanna buy - got so many at home already Room: The room was spacious with a single sofa. While there was no bathtub, the bathroom had high water pressure and included complimentary toiletries such as shower gel, a comb, and a dental kit. The in-room amenities like Nescafé, Dilmah tea, sugar, and creamer were a nice touch. Bed: The bed was very comfortable with clean sheets, and the pillows provided good comfort. Room Smell: Upon entering the room, there was an unpleasant odor, but thankfully, it dissipated after a while. Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi was fast and free, which was a big plus for staying connected. TV Channels: The TV offered Malaysian channels like TV1, TV2, and TV3, as well as all Singapore channels. However, there were no Astro channels available. Location: The location wasn’t ideal for me. The nearest quality mall was Southkey Midvalley, while the local option was AEON Permas Jaya. Carpark: The car park was spacious and could accommodate both cars and motorbikes. However, it was quite dusty and would benefit from more frequent cleaning. Parking for motorbikes was free, which was a nice perk. 5-star hotel should have usb sockets on the wall

The hotel was located around 20mins away via driving from JB sentral. There's a number of eateries around and a Mr DIY. Overall had a pleasant stay there.

I’ve been wanting to try renaissance for so long and glad that we finally did! It’s under Marriott hence standards are definitely up there - hotel buffet breakfast that everyone is raving about, great room, space and amenities (24 hours gym and sauna room). Trust this review that mid valley southkey is a better option vs the aeon you see from the window. We walked there (not really a proper linked walkway, walking side by side with moving cars) and took about 10 mins and to cross the overhead bridge too, the mall has nothing 😭 not a proper restaurant but it’s similar to sg’s g*ant hyper mart at tampines. overall, recommended to stay here! just take note on the location~ 10/10 on all except the location but if you just wanna chill and relax in, this is perfect.

Great hotel in great location and check in was easy, room was spacious and will come back again. Next time try another room type.

Appreciated for the decoration and cake in the room for hubby birthday and our Anniversary celebration. Its our first time staycation at Renaissance and glad that we had choose this hotel. Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is good and many varieties.
