Ulasan Larkspur Landing Pleasanton-An All-Suite Hotel

Clean and well located. Breakfast was good with omelette and pancakes and hard boiled eggs (although everything is wrapped in plastic). Staff was nice. However, the bathroom sink was clogged and the mattress felt old and not very comfortable. Overall a bit dated.

There was not breakfast available and we did come within the time for breakfast. There was no one around to ask if there was more food to accommodate us and several other guests who also arrived for breakfast .

This was a beautiful hotel and definitely will recommend to everyone I know. Staff was great and so was the hotel and food

I like staying at this hotel. The price is reasonable, the staff is friendly and polite. It's clean and a convenient location in Pleasanton. The only negative is the eggs and sides is not good. The waffle and other continental food is good. I've stayed here several times throughout the past years and will continue to stay here.

The hotel is pretty nice in all the common areas. Rooms are a little dated, but still nice. My only complaint is with the beds; they are so uncomfortable. They felt like bad pull out sofa mattresses. My friend in another room said she actually got up in the middle of the night to see if she was sleeping on a box spring. Other than that, everything was fine. I wouldn't stay there again though.

Blood on sheets. Heater not working. Lamp broken. Hair everywhere. Fridge falling apart Dirty. Key card would demagnetize. Had to go to front desk 4xs Will never return!! Requesting refund

The staff members working for this hotel are very warm and good. The design for this hotel has been very good even the facilities are old. It will be better if the bath room had ventilation.

nice stay the breakfast where by far better than any hotel or motel we have stayed in for the last couple of years. We use hotels about once a month

Room was clean and comfortable. Check-in was smooth. Accesss to room from elevator; also good.

After a long week of working, I just wanted a night with no noise. I have two roommates and needed to unwind and relax. I have stayed here a couple of times before, but I really enjoyed staying in Room #413. When I need another night away. I will definitely be back. And the staff was 5 star!
