Hotel Villas Segovia Suites Playa del Carmen

The staff are very friendly and work hard to keep their guests comfortable, cleaning is excellent. Every staff person is committed to their areas of expertice.

We recently stayed at Hotel Villas Segovia and overall, our experience was great! The hotel boasted a clean and inviting environment, with a staff that was consistently friendly and accommodating. The spacious rooms provided ample space for our needs, making it conducive for remote work during our stay. Additionally, the proximity to the beach, just two steps away, and the convenience of being only a block from 5th Avenue, added to the appeal of the location. There were just 2 points that could be improved upon. Firstly, the mattresses were not as comfortable as expected, and the refrigerator in the room did not cool efficiently, which was a slight inconvenience for storing food. Despite these minor issues, we enjoyed our time and would consider returning in the future. With a few adjustments, it has the potential to become an even more exceptional stay!

This place is great. Beautiful location, nice big rooms well stocked fridge, great staff. The pool is a great place to meet and chat it is walking distance to chedraui and 5th avenue. It is quiet and clean.

We loved our room, comfortable, clean, quiet, perfect to rest, had everything that we needed. The breakfast were delicious and on time every morning. The location and hospitality of all the hotel staff was the best! I definitely go back and highly recommend it. El desayuno delicioso y siempre puntual. la ubicación y amabilidad de todo el personal fue lo mejor, sin duda regresaría y lo recomiendo ampliamente.

My stay was well beyond pleasant. The staff was super friendly. The manager in charge, Lidia, was nice. She asked if everything was going well and made sure I was taken care of. I’d never had that type of contact with the manager of a hotel. The receptionist, Daisy, was very helpful. She told me all the go to places and always had answers to my questions. She knows everything about Playa. The room was clean and there was hot water and cold air. Two very important things. The clean part is the most important to me. This place also had an Alexa. I was able to wake up on time to go on my tours and play music when I was in my room getting ready. I absolutely loved it! The hotel is near the most popular street and to everything. I walked most of the time. The best part about Villas Segovia Playa del Carmen, is that I paid such a low price for an amazing place and I had everything, EVERYTHING ! The room was big, I had a couch a fridge, a stove, a king size bed, and my big glass windows let the sun shine bright in my room. I will definitely come back. This place deserves 100 stars. Thanks to all the friendly staff for making my stay amazing.

Excellent stay at the Villas Segovia! Rooms were huge and the location is great! 5th avenue is around the corner and there is a Chedraoui a few minutes from the hotel. Fantastic seafood restaurant across the street.Awesome staff and price! Highly recommend! Can’t go wrong!

Horrible. We booked 3 rooms in September for our trip Dec 27-Jan 5. We arrived at midnight and they claimed they had already given away all THREE rooms because hotels.ca canceled the reso. This was a lie. There was no such information sent to the person that booked the rooms and Hotels.ca said that reservation was not cancelled. The location did not even have a manger on duty to call! They squeezed us into one room for the night and tried to charge us!! The place clearly lied so they can sell the rooms for more money (their own website showed availability). They left us stranded and looking for a new place during new years week! DO NOT BOOK HERE! This location is not to be trusted.
