The service was great. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The resort itself was beautiful and very nice. The food wasn’t the greatest but it wasn’t terrible either. Great drinks.

This is the best value in Playa Del Carmen. The best bang for the buck especially if you’re booking on this app. Good food. Steak restaurant is great too. Everything is clean and modern although not the newest hotel. This is our go to hotel. Only complaint is they stopped including the premium tequila (Don Julio) in the all inclusive

M/22 - Went for spring break with a group of about 20 people. Good food, drinks, staff was super friendly. Rooms were great and the whole facility was kept clean. Excursions were offered but I felt there was still plenty of activities to do on the resort. Overall a fantastic experience

The property is nice overall, but I feel like it’s lacking a lot of little things, like you have to carry your own towel everywhere , to the beach , pool and back , other properties have towels on the beach or at the pool already ! The staff is not very enthusiastic to be there it felt like , they move very slow , always had to wait like 10-15 minutes for a drink at the restaurants or buffet
None of the staff smiles ever
Even when you leave them a good tip like $20 not even thank you
The check in was very unfriendly, just gave us the key and that’s it
Didn’t explain us what is around the property or what amenities are included
There is a lot of things that went wrong at this property during our stay and nobody did anything about it
Long story short it’s not worth the money
There are other better properties

I literally came here because of the reviews I read. Was not disappointed! Everything from check in, to pool activities, food, staff, friendliness was amazing! Definitely recommend and will return!!!!

The restaurants at this resort were excellent. The food was great. The food options during the day at the poolside were excellent.The pool activities were fun and the night time shows at the theater and on the plaza were creative.

Room smelled of mildew. Floors and premises slippy. Went to brush teeth one morning .. slipped and fell. Now have to get fluid removed from knee… the best was they wanted to charge for a wheelchair to get food. Most staff .. could not speak English. Food was “ vial” may I mention I’m not a foodie. I heard and saw more injured than I. Most afraid to file complaint because maybe had a few drinks. You better tip of you will wait for your drink,. I think a tipping out of control when management allow tip jars at Buffer. I believe this to be unacceptable. Used “ filthy “ bathrooms in both pool and bar areas. By pool not only to much water on floor … but three days not even a light bulb. I have been to Mexico more than 10 times. Pay extra and go to a far better experience. I feel like I wasted a lot of money. I will say “Irene” at front desk was amazing and other staff could benefit from her ability to try and make things right.because of bleeding on sheets .. they were never changed the whole time I was there. Bell hood will tell you the 3 low lass alcohol in room are “ free”.. don’t insult me.. we paid a lot of money for our all inclusive. No new beach towels the whole time. Bad taste in my mouth… enough to never return to Mexico again. “ Greed will the ruination”
