The service was great. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The resort itself was beautiful and very nice. The food wasn’t the greatest but it wasn’t terrible either. Great drinks.

This is the best value in Playa Del Carmen. The best bang for the buck especially if you’re booking on this app. Good food. Steak restaurant is great too. Everything is clean and modern although not the newest hotel. This is our go to hotel. Only complaint is they stopped including the premium tequila (Don Julio) in the all inclusive

We were not given an option of King bed over 2 double beds.
Why would you have an adult resort with two double beds?
Swimming towels were never changed in a week.
Dining options were excellent,food was great.
Only thing was you had to where long pants other the buffett.
Im on holidays golf shorts and collared shirt should have bee sufficient.

The property was nice. It needs some money out back into it for improvements but overall a nice place to stay. Staff was almost entirely awesome. Very helpful, courteous and friendly. I’d stay again.

Enjoy our stay. The staff was amazing the VIP upgrade was spectacular. They took good care of me for my bday as well with cakes and champagne. It was a blast.

The Property is very nice, beautiful. The food and food options perfect ! Majority of the staff friendly and helpful. Room could have been a bit more renovated but other wise I would book here again.
