Great place and amazing location

This was a nice hotel as for walking to the beach and attractions in the area like 5th ave. The one thing I didn’t like is that the room really needed black out or thicker curtains as my room shared windows with the hallway and the opaque curtains did nothing to shield the hallway lights from beaming into my eyes at night. Overall the place was clean, and I would stay there again.

From the moment we checked in this place was terrible. Lady at the front desk was extremely rude. The room advertised fridge in room which is the main reason we got this room and there wasnt one. When we went downstairs to ask she said it was an error with ******* not them. Also the door lock to our room was broken and the soap dispenser didnt work. Book elsewhere

Air conditioning not working but they fixed it. Now it's cold but very weak fan. The mattress is soo hard. Wifi is not very efficient. And even if you are far from the 5 avenue, music comes from the neighborhood so it's very noisy.

Close to Main Street but quiet. A bit expensive for what they offer. Will need and upgrade on bed sheets and towels as they are old, and not so clean. This is one of the very few hotels that offers hot water.

For the money, it wasn't bad for playa del Carmen, but it didn't live up to the pictures.

According to the pictures and information on hotels we booked a room with a small refrigerator and stuff. We needed this for our kids. I showed the staff my booking but that didn’t help at all. There is no one speaking a word in english, we tried som Google translate but the stuff just came up with the same explanation and replied that we should call booking. And also the guy wrote to us that we will get another room the day after our arrival. I thought that sounded ok but the day after they had changed their mind and we didn’t get the room we had booked. They are far away from service minded. Our family have been out travel for three months now and this is our worst stay this far. Our room did not have any windows so also it got very dark and boring. We spend minimum time at the hotel. They did have a refrigerator next to the reception that we could use. The cleaning is good and price is low. But in total not at all a nice experience!

Good on the budget. Note no cold water was available most days. Staff is friendly. Downtown is noisy and there is some noise in the hotel as well from everyone, but gets better at night.
