Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh Downtown

很多設施壞了，不建議，有的燈也打不開，懶得找服務員，湊合了兩個晚上。退房時，遲遲等不來前台，不知幹什麼去了等了半個多小時才見人來。

Perfect location for exploring Duquense, downtown Pittsburgh, and going to the hockey arena. Great location and affordable.

This was a fantastic place to stay. Close enough to walk to some places. Clean and convenient. Parking on site. I would definitely stay again!!!!!

PLEASE READ- DO NOT STAY!!!When arrived the front desk receptionist was annoyed we were even there. Checked into a dirty room with dirty sock on the floor and food and trash still in room. Called to ask about WiFi for a work related and same front desk receptionist said well I don’t know how to fix that and then hung up. I called back to speak with GM and he said oh she was trying to transfer you. No not the case. Asked about dirty room and GM told me they would clean on second day I was there. Never saw any cleaning service, heard from anyone. No towels no trash removal nothing the entire time Thurs-Sunday. Told GM he must be having a bad day to which he mocked that I must be. I wasn’t at all until I was treated rudely upon arrival and checked into a dirty room … first impressions !!!! Until management changes culture DO NOT waste money here. Plenty of other nearby options!!

Everything was great, except the air conditioning/heating unit in my room wouldn’t even turn on. The weather was mild, so I didn’t report it to the hotel, but would’ve been nice if it worked. Very convenient location. Nice, clean updated room. Loved that there was an attached parking garage and restaurant! (didn’t even need to go outside)

I booked a room with two queen on orbits. I paid and extra $25 ish for this. When we checked in, we got one king and there was no queen rooms available so we had to share a bed. Nothing was offered for this inconvenience.

Excellent location close to restaurants and bars. Walking distance from PPG Arena. Beautiful city views from our top floor room. Beds were very comfortable and the rooms were quiet and clean. Forgot my toothbrush and the front desk provided one free of charge. Convenient parking garage. Hope to stay there again on my next trip to Pittsburgh.

Terrible check in. Rude and inconsiderate. Downtown Pittsburgh has declined in an unbelievable way.

Clean and comfortable hotel. Centrally located downtown close to everything. My only complaint with be the music playing outside late into the evening and then started back up at 7:30am. I assume the hotel was playing it but I can't say for sure.
