Location is excellent— just a five minute walk to Pisa’s most spectacular site. But beware the onsite parking; it is extremely tight, even for a small car.

We spent a night in February 2023. I chose this hotel because it was the only one that I could find that had a big room for 3 adults and 2 children available in Pisa at the time. On the plus side it is conveniently located near the tower of Pisa and the train station of Pisa San Rossore, and adequately priced. Our room was clean, spacious and had a sink and an electric cooktop with 2 hotplates. On the minus side, the room decor was a bit dated and located near a very busy intersection. The very helpful receptionist brought us a big travel crib for our child. We would probably stay there again if we were in Pisa because of the convenience.

We were stranded after a double booking by ***********. Called the hotel directly to see if it could be solved and was greeted by friendly staff. Had a good night sleep in a very blue room with early 90ties design. Clean, functional and quiet. Super friendly staff! Ok breakfast with good coffee. Nice balcony across the corridor.

Property was walking distance from Pisa San Rossore train station. Was also very close to the Tower and Piazza de Miracoles.
Hotel staff was very nice and friendly and helped us out when my husband forgot his new sport coat in the closet. He called the hotel from the airport and they sent a taxi with the coat to meet us.
Only downside is that the room was very small for the 4 of us.

I stayed at Hotel Soggiorno Athena for one night in preparation for my flight out of Pisa airport. The hotel is within easy walking distance to the leaning tower and most of downtown Pisa. The rooms are basic but clean and suited my needs for the night. The staff was helpful (thanks Alberto!).

Esperienza positiva. Stanza matrimoniale x disabili ampia, bagno accessibile, ampio e con doccia senza scalini. Altra cosa carina è lo specchio basculante nel bagno. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. La colazione non è al massimo ma copre le mie esigenze.
