"I always stay at Vienna International Hotels when I travel, but this one is the worst. They promised free parking before I checked in, but when I checked out, the security guard insisted I pay 50 yuan for parking. I called the front desk manager twice, but he didn't answer. Then I called the general manager, and several groups of people came to mediate, but they still wouldn't raise the barrier. They only raised it when I threatened to call the police. This back-and-forth delayed my car at the exit for almost an hour. The security guard was extremely arrogant, and the staff who came to resolve the issue were incompetent. It was infuriating. This incident ruined my trip and my good mood, so I must file a complaint against this hotel."

"It's quite quiet and clean. Relatively new. The environment is not bad. The price-performance ratio is quite high. They even provided disposable toilet seat covers, which was nice. The only downside is that the 40L water heater isn't very efficient for showering. I booked a room, left my things, and was going back around 9 or 10 pm. I really wanted to shower and rest, but I had to insert my room card and wait for the water heater to heat up. In a standard room, once the first person showers, the second person has to wait for the water to heat up. Suggestion: If the water heater cannot be modified, please modify the water heater circuit. At least the hot water should be ready before guests leave."
