Getting an invoice was also hassle-free. All the facilities were well-equipped, clean, and hygienic. Highly recommended! The breakfast was also very generous, and the bathroom was quite large as well. Very good experience overall."

"We visited Mubian Inn during the Dragon Boat Festival. We hadn't had any zongzi (sticky rice dumplings) all day, but the owner arranged for us to have local tea and shared his handmade zongzi. We spent the evening chatting and drinking tea. We were deeply moved to learn that the owner is a patriotic and exemplary figure who supports the military. "Brother Lun" is also a well-known local philanthropist, photographer, motorcyclist, and hiking enthusiast. We had an unforgettable Dragon Boat Festival. The beautiful environment and the ability to brew tea in the lobby at night were a favorite among tea lovers. The owner's warm hospitality made us feel incredibly welcome. Knowing we were going to Vietnam, he recommended local food and attractions and thoughtfully arranged currency exchange for us at the border. We were truly touched! From guests to friends, we will be visiting again soon!"

"This hotel was extremely unhygienic, and the service was also problematic. There were red stains on the sheets, hair under the sheets, and hair on the pillowcases. Even after changing rooms, the problem persisted. When the staff came to change the sheets, the comforter was left dangling on the floor. The next morning, when I returned from breakfast, I found the door lock was malfunctioning, causing an hour's delay. Strange, isn't it? It's the first time I've ever encountered a broken door lock. The breakfast was okay. Later, Ctrip intervened to resolve the issue, but the hotel only agreed to offer an 8.5% discount as compensation. Do I need a 1.5% discount? Ctrip was incredibly helpful, assisting with the problem and even providing a consolation coupon. This is unexpected for a 4-star hotel."

"I chose this hotel in Pingxiang sight unseen and stayed for two days, and I couldn't be happier! 😄 From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and all the amenities were well-equipped. The breakfast at the third-floor restaurant was especially delicious (you absolutely *must* try the beef rice noodles!), and they even warmed up my takeout food for me. I'll definitely be recommending this hotel to any friends visiting Pingxiang."
