PETS - We know how hard it is to travel with furry family members, so we try to be as accommodating as possible - we don't have weight or breed restrictions, but ask that they be house-trained, recently groomed/cleaned, and up to date on their flea and tick medicines. We treat pets like an extra guest and charge a $100 per pet / per stay fee. For reservations longer than 28 days, a fee of $100 per pet, per month applies. We ask that you crate your pets when away, keep them leashed in the common areas, and pick up after them. SECURITY - Our listings are outfitted with "Nest" cameras that overlook the listing's exterior only. There may also be "Noiseaware" or "Minut" sound level measuring devices in select properties that will automatically alert management in the event of loud music after quiet hours. Neither of these devices allow us to see, hear, or record anything inside of our listings. It is important to note that your privacy is extremely important to us and that you ARE NOT being actively monitored. IDENTIFICATION Your booking platform does not share your personal information with your Host. Because of this, we do require the responsible party who is physically staying in the home to provide a valid photo ID after booking is confirmed. Your personal identification is not stored and is protected from distribution or use for any other purpose than identification, in accordance with Federal information security guidelines.
